I had booked my honeymoon trip through this company and Gaurav was our point of contact. He addressed our requirements very carefully and came up with a beautiful package. We had booked our trip for Sri Lanka and Maldives, it was very well organised right from airport pick up. There wasn't a single instance where we felt frustrated with tour and the services provided. It was a pleasure dealing. Thank You!

It was for the first time to opt for this agent but things were pretty well arranged and coordinated. The only problem we faced was we were not aware that when was driver coming to pick us up for airport.

Banyan tree at Bintan was an absolute delight and we had one of our best vacation times and rooms at Village bugis in Singapore was also good. Locality was superb. However, only concern - Service at Village Hotel bugis is not upto the mark as it should be in a 4-star hotel. Staff behaviour is very rude and they don't have any restaurant of their own. so the 3rd party tie-ups are not attentive at all. Would be great if something could be done in this aspect. Else, as mentioned earlier location and rooms are great. Overall, had a great trip and thanks "I Need Trip Travels Pvt" Ltd for making it happen.

Everything was as per the requirement and it was a good experience there in Maldives.

Over all experience is good but in Bangkok i was told that Hotel Le Fenix Sukhumvit is something 3-4 Star, to my experience / view we cannot even give 2 Star, over all room size & amenities in the room is not up to the standard of what they say / claim. More over Under water world + Para gliding they charged 2000 THB, but when we checked in the Hotel Bella Villa Metro in Pattaya they have placed an add / Brouchers as 1800 only Including all. we are on a 200 THB and moreover the trip was already included in our Itenary. Rest others are ok. Moreover in our itenary it was mentioned as English Speaking driver but of of the Drivers doesn't know / communicate in English

The trip went on smoothly with any challenges, the agent was really helpful in planning and execution of the trip

The hotel we were put up in was pretty and by the sea but room did not face the sea.No water is provided complimentary by the hotel.We had to pay 100 Mauritian rupees per bottle on day 1. In hotel restaurant we were not allowed to use water bottles we took with us.As far as activities were concerned like parasailing etc.the duration was too short ( barely 3 to 4 minutes) and the cost high.The hotel did not provide any free water activities except kayaking ( which is not so easy).We had to check out at 11.30 am from our rooms and made to wait at the reception till 4 pm for our airport pickup which was not a comfortable experience at all Resort looked pretty and adjoining the sea. The sea is smooth and the sky and water looked very blue .Looked good in photos as well.The hotel staff is courteous.

I have been promised for two day bicycles and one day snoorkeling kits as complementary and it is mentioned in the chat as well by the I Need travel agent. I have followedup multiple times for confirmation before going for trip and I was assured it will be arranged. After reaching there, hotel denied the things offered. It was sad after multiple followups and the commitments by the travel agent was not kept. I was told I can reimburse after the trip is over but i have been waiting again will multiple followups.

Thank you 'I Need Travels' and Parth, in particular, for helping us to have an amazing experience that we had in Thailand. The entire itinerary, as planned and scheduled, was followed. Parth was really very helpful from the first day of our planning time. He helped us with deciding the venues, hotels and other stuffs. He was always there to help us whenever we felt so. In the trip, we did not have much difficulty to communicate with neither the cab drivers nor the hotel staff in helping us out whenever it was required. The trips were well taken care of. The housekeeping and facilities that those hotels had was simply admiring. On the flip side, I would say, that since all the hotel check out times are between 12:00 to 1:00, it was slightly awkward for us to just sit down and wait for our scheduled pick up. For example, during our stay at Phuket, we checked in around 7:00 PM and had to check out around 8:00 AM, loosing thereby almost 10 hours. The other odd thing, in this journey that we had, was the final pick up for Bangkok International Airport from Eastin Makkassan Hotel was at 6:30 PM when our flight was at 11:30. We were told that the traffic would be high at that time and so was this scheduling but we reached airport within 50 mins (the same time that took us on the afternoon previously). So, we did not get enough time to explore the city since, we reached late afternoon the previous day. But overall, it was really a very pleasant experience and if such small yet essential details are being looked in, then it would be just the icing on the cake. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Overall the trip was well organised. A few improvements could have been - The hotel provided in Singapore (Parc Sovereign) could have been better. It was heavily crowded and breakfast did not have enough options. The Sentosa tour could be planned better. The agent should have explicitly asked for which attractions to include (in Sentosa) providing the complete list, the ones selected were uninteresting.

Hotel staff was not able to understand and communicate in english, was major drawback. Rest services by hotel was good. All trips was good and in time. Only aquerium trip lady driver was not able to communicate in english was major drawback. Kindly don't send any tourist with her.

Overall OK experience. Airport pick up/drop and Dessert Safari were timely managed and very good. Few challenges with the operation on rest of the days. Operations team in India did not communicate my travel to their Dubai Team. My Dhow cruise Dinner was not planned and was accommodated in last minute in some really bad cruise where food was non-edible. Bur Dubai, Spice and Gold Souk, Burj Khalifa was not include in Half day city tour but was promised at time of booking (also given in written voucher). Cab pick-up for Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Underwater was delayed by 2 hours.
