Not a good experience, Firstly I didn't get tour itinerary as per the committed dates, city tour date got changed 2-3 days before flying which was shocking for me as I need rest day for my parents after landing Dubai. And I have been given matrix sim card without activation. I had to call my cousin in India to contact tour agents to activate Matrix Sim card. This was very harassing. I was travelling with my parents and didn't expect this negligence from such an old agency. Agents are very unprofessional. However, I must say our Dubai Tour coordinators (Turning point) are very professionals. After reaching Dubai, our pickup and drop was made by Turning point at scheduled time and we faced no issue in contacting them. Drivers were very polite. This might be my last trip with this tour agency.

The overall trip was good but as promised by the agent few things were not fulfilled for which we had paid extra.

i am satisfied with "I need trip" travel agent. They did a great job. As long as Rajat is handling your trip, you are in safe hands. But desert safari is overrated and was not worth. It was way too crowded and there was a queue for everything.. However, Dubai frame which was not a plan of our itinerary came as a surprise and we loved it the most. Also Burj Khalifa was way too crowded and there were very long queues to get on top. They have only 3 lifts which is not sufficient to cater a huge crowd. Once you reach the top, its difficult to get a glimpse thru the glass cos its too crowded there. Couldn't even capture a decent photo. The drivers were punctual and got the vouchers along. Do visit Dubai... its a good place.

The way of sightseeing in SIC basis need to be improved as it is not satisfactory and more professionalism is required.

Trip was good and well organised. time was punctual. Marina dhow cruise is not at all good so please don't include in the package. rest all was good. Thanks to I need trip for organizing this trip.

Both inmy Pattaya and Bankok Hotels,Drivers and overall management plan fromTravel Triangle withwith agents was appriciable. Howevr Karabi was not so good Consideringwith the Hotelwith room providedwith was not to the mark and even Receptist was also non responsive for the concern raised

This is my feedback regarding our 8 days Singapore trip... The trip had certain issues here and there ... But overall we managed to hav a joyful trip... My sincere feedback to your agency : 1. The first two days ,the rooms were booked at Hotel V Lavender which was sooo disappointing, we asked to book for a 4star hotel.. But believe me this hotel is not even worth of 2star.. Dont ever recommend this hotel in 4 star category to any of ur customers. 2.In the cruise , During the checkout we were as to pay 40 dollars each....Total of 160 dollars as gratuity charges which wasn’t informed to us early by ur agency. 3.Some of ur cab drivers (not all) where late then the itinerary time . 4. Fly scoot looked very much of a buget airways.. even upgraded airways can be booked of the same cost of expense. Overall we had a memorable trip... Our kids had a great time. The Dream cruise experience was super fun , The stateroom was very good. The Village Albert court hotel was indeed a good experience. Universal studios , sentosa , night safari ... every visit was a joyful experience. Thnks for a memorable and joyful trip
