Everything was very nice, even your service. Just one complaint you didnt book cab for Jithesh Mohandas on arrival from airport to Hotel and also during return from Hotel to Airport. It was only booked for me inspite of our flight timings being the same they refused to accomodate him in my cab. That was really bad.

Trip was awesome, vll definitely book another trip from it, only problem was the hotel maritim crystals beach hotel, if you are veg than plz avoid this hotel totally since they do not provide much varieties in veg, there are no communication between the staffs…very slow service …and the list goes on..

The management during the trip was very good All the drivers were very helpful and friendly We have received all the things as per iteracy We are satisfied with the services provided by the travel agent. But we would like to share that the food during desert safari was not upto the mark. Experience during desert safari... Our driver was too good and he made us feel adventurous through his driving skills...

I am satisfied with complete package I received. Got good support and assistance from our travel agent Rahul. All activities went as expalined and smoothly. However weather played little spoil sport as we were not expecting or neither told that it would be always windy and cold. Overall had nice experience with Travel triangle and look forward to do business again. Many thanks.

I had a good time in Dubai .The entire trip was managed properly and the arrangements were good. Few points I would like to highlight : 1. The hotel (Reflection Hotel) location was not good. It was on a construction site, no near by food joints or market and it was difficult to get a taxi from that location. 2. There are no stops in city tour. It was more like a drive through city tour without any stop overs to go in. 3. The itinerary that I finalized got changed. Because of that for first two days, we got a half day free and rest of the days were quite hectic which was not ok for my parents. But overall it was a nice experience. Special thanks to Pankaj from I need trip and Suraj from Travel Triangle who took care of everything. Hope you guys keep up the good work!

Perfect honeymoon trip in an amazing resort which was well managed by the agent. Even after our flight got cancelled, 'I need trip travel' agents managed to reschedule our booking and make proper arrangement for the next available flight.

The travel consultant Atiksha from i need tours was really helpful and good and was in constant touch for all my queries and for enitre trip. We did not face any big issues except few of below concerns while on trip 1) The hotel at krabi was different and we were informed only when we arrived in Thailand and they took as to diff hotel surprisingly. Fortunately, the hotel was good and we were okay! but they should inform this earlier. 2) There was no co-ordination from travel agency as the hotel was changed at last min and we were about to miss our day tour. Luckily we ourself called proactively on same day morning from hotel reception and we were picked up luckily or else would have missed most beautiful part of our tour. The travel consultants are expected to inform thailand agency if any changes and we as guests expect thailand travel agency to call us and provide an update or keep us posted to hotel as when and how is our pick up . 3) Beacha hotel in Phi phi island was the worst. small compact room , no space for luggages also..and bathroom is so small as only one person can stand..and room was uncleaned and we found the waste and dirt left from previous guests in the room and bathroom commode was not flushing properly! not expected this ...as this was expected to be a 3 star :(

I would definitely plan another trip with travel triangle. As my last experience was amazing The whole trip is one of the best memories in our life

Hotel was awesome, Room services was excellent Only issue was Indian food was not that good but Otherwise it was a mindblowing experience. Cab services and Driver were good, they stoped at places were we can buy water and other stuffs at cheap rates. Travel agent Nalini was also very supportive.

Thank you Soundrya for offering us such a wonderful trip plan, had a good trip.Only issue was that you could have offered us direct flight to hongkong from delhi. Rest trip was very good. Thank you!

Awesome package. This trip was amazing and memorable. There was only one negative point. You guys booked my "4 island trip". But you forgot to booked my ticket for go to those island. Due to this I've to stay on boat. Rest things are good.

I asked for Singapore trip. Good response from TT. Pankaj tried to respond quiries on time. I made few changes in my plan after landing. Local travel agent is not responsible for the changes, so spent extra funds. Sharing local transport, saves money but you may loose shows ( in parks, studio places) because you cant reach the destination on time. Every time one or the other party will delay . Please read the given itenary carefully and ask for the required itenary . Overall good experience. If you are physically fit, carry less language, take public transport and visit the tourist places on your own. Public transport is the best in Singapore. Iinformtion is available in English and Tamil in all places.
