Nice planning and co-ordination. complete trip was well planned. i enjoyined every bit of it.

Overall its a perfect thai trip. Everything was well planned. Except visa on arrival which took a long time in bangkok and our phuket flight was just in 2 hours gap. We had to rush. Other than that drivers were very punctual. Hotels were awesoms.

Our trip to Thailand was really memorable. We were 7 , all females and we all had a blast. Thanks to Parth our agent from I need trip travels Who was very cooperative and used to respond very quickly and A big Thanks Ms.Prerna Sharma from travel triangle for making it a safe and joyful experience for all of us. The trip was almost perfect except for a few glitches....It deserved a 4.5 out of 5 but I’m giving 3.5 for some things which was not up to the mark... 1.First of all, the hotels in Phuket and Bangkok were not that good. Could have been better. Our hotel in Phuket, Baramee resortel was not at all good... The hotel staffs were a pain..They were not at all cooperative, even the rooms were kind of old and not well maintained.... they lady at the hotel lobby took literally 1 hour of our time just for checking in.. She gave us a big book which contained all unnecessary rules and regulations and list of things and how much they would cost if v broke or lost anything. That was insane... and there was no wifi connectivity to do video call to anyone... That was a bummer since we all depended on it for keeping in touch with our family back home.. Oh I can go on and on about this hotel ... But let me stop it here.. The hotel in Bangkok,Worabhuri Sukhumwit was fine with regards to the staff .. They were really cooperative . They even took care of us after we checked out of the hotel as they offered us a ride in their tuk tuk to the nearby restaurant. The only problem was that the rooms were really old , very small and not up to the mark. 2.The second problem we faced was in Krabi. We were supposed to be transferred for the four island tour on sharing basis... They had arranged a really odd looking vehicle and the guy was so rude that he made us run behind the vehicle to get in... just because we were a few minutes late... He started shouting bad mouthing. It was a really scary experience since it was our first day. We were all scared how our trip was going to turn out since we were all ladies... but that was it...no such experience there after. 3. The last thing I would like to share is that we were told tat we would be transferred to phi phi island from Phuket in a big boat. They had arranged seats for us in the lower most deck... the guy who was there told us that we could upgrade only after paying 400 baht...The deck was fine but everyone became sea sick and started vomiting... It was a 2 hour journey...The agent should have mentioned it before booking the package... He should have asked us which deck we would have preferred.. We were ready to pay extra for the same... Other than these minor problems, the rest of the trip was really amazing. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and also for myself for my next trip. Thanks for giving us all the good memories.

Only pattaya hotel is excellent and rest is very bad experience ..

The itinerary for Prague, Vienna and Budapest was well designed with good hotels, enjoyable sightseeings and a pretty good flight, all these things at a reasonable price. However, a few negative experiences were - The initial list of documents for Schengen visa shared with us was incomplete, so we had to postpone our visa appointment Even after asking the travel agent multiple times for vegetarian meals on the flights, they were not requested for The agent informed us that the baggage allowance on Emirates is 23kg, even though 30kg check in baggage was allowed For one of our transfers, the cab pick up time was 40 mins after our arrival time. So we had to wait for our cab at the railway station Overall, a good experience for me and my family. Slightly better services would have made it a 'Perfect' trip for me.

just one disappointment regarding desert safari driver got late and we miss sunset view and belly dance and all cruise and overall trip was gr8t

Services provided by travel agent Mr Parth were very appreciable and very nice arrangment were made

only face problem in desert safari as driver came late according to.time so we lost dat day. we cant se sunset and belly dance burj khalifa and all trip was good and best

I need Trips and the travel triangle team was quite responsive (though nearer the trip, i found a slight drop in the agility to respond, but nothing that was alarming). I would recommend this to those who are either travelling for the 1st time or don't want the hassle of a trip planning and logistics.

Airport pick up was timely the all drivers were on time and co operative & professional we have no problem in our tour
