lack of coordination during transfers in Kuala-lampur , we wait almost 1.5 hour in KL airport, quite disappointed with transfer from KL airport to Hote during arrival, I feel "I Need Trip Travels Pvt Ltd" could add few more spot in day 1 itenary (half day KL city tour). other than that the pickup was on time and the guides/drivers were professional and very helpful. Lankawi itenary day 5 was not covered as mentioned , Nupur Malik from "I Need Trip Travels Pvt Ltd" was very helpful in clearing all our doubts and fix the confusion, she was prompt in answering our queries but still we had to ask each and every time what will be covered during the day, This has to be improved for a better travel experience hope this has will be taken care for customers going forward. Other then that we had a wonderful experience, everything was perfect !! I loved the whole package and was very happy with the whole arrangements . Shudhanshu also was quite supportive in organizing the whole trip and the places were wonderful and we had a blast !

Resort was really good though the staff were bit too adamant on timing for meals. Travel scheduled was very bad during our journey to resort. We reached at 9pm on day 1 and lost almost half of our day to travel (it was conveyed that we will be reaching by 5:30). Beach, food, spa, evening sunset cruise etc...

it was really good experience. each and everything was really good and well planned. thanks to all for making my trip memorable.

INT was good at giving quotes swiftly for all the changes done with respect to no of passengers and date of travel. Flight , hotel booking and local tour agent selection was good. The local tour operator Namho was good and were punctual during pick up and drop on all the days. Also the support on their hotline was good and available at all time. We had to call them for pickup at airport and for night safari tickets. They were quick in coordinating with the drivers and helping out. The following things can be improved: timing for pick up after night safari could be extended since we did not get sufficient time to visit all the event after safari due to heavy crowd. This could ve been taken into consideration for booking the return trip. Also the flyer, boat ride, gardens by the bay and luge ride (sentosa) were not included in the iternary which were really good and we had paid for 3 of them there at singapore. The agent could have communicated regarding the various options and properly planned according to client requirements.

Well overall a good journey. A beautiful place to be at. It's expensive as per Indian currency hence would recommend to carry enough money. Not a place to go shopping to spend money on other new things

My first trip on Travel Triangle and I need Travels.I got the trip customized from Parth Gupta.He was very helpful providing all information..I was scared at the start but all went well and I faced no issues.The trip organization was good.Cab pick and drop was perfect on time.Hotel stay was decent and food was okay..you cant expect proper Indian food there. I had an awesome time and will definitely recommend this agency and also thanks to Parth for making it happen.

The driver didn't understand English, so it was hard communicating with him. He also skipped the kintamani tour without telling us. The car was very old. Rest all the hotels and itinerary was pretty good.

Due to flight delay cab driver didn't turn up for pickup at airport

It was a dream come true. Travel triangle is a must for all travel be it honeymoon be it family trip. Amazing clear beach
