Shashank from I need trip travels was extremely responsive and had organised a major portion of our trip to Paris and Switzerland in an excellent manner. He was extremely approachable and helpful in case we faced any issues during our trip....there were one or two instances in which the proper tickets and vouchers were not provided...however he sorted out the issues effectively...we would recommend Travel Triangle and I Need Trip Travels for travel to Europe Eiffel Tower, Cruise on River Seine in Paris and Mount Titlis in Switzerland were worth a visit

Overall Experience Was Just Outstanding Everything was on Time and Perfect. Ferrari World And Desert Safari But in My View Ferrari world timing Should Be Extended to Enjoy the Whole Park

Flights didn't give Jain meal. Nor did the hotel. Food was not taken care of. When mentioned several times. Too many people handling the trip. Need one person of contact. Villa and watersports

The pick up and drop facility needs improvement. Day 1- the coach left without picking us up from the airport and figuring out and seeking help for the coach ended up spending unnecessary time at the airport. At the end I had to book a taxi and reach home. Day 3- the drop was outside the sands sky hotel but the pick up while returning was from gardens by the bay. Though both were near to each other but due to gap in communication we were unable to identify the location for the pick up. As a result, it led to last minute hustle to find the coach! Over all experience was good. But, it could have been a lot better. Sentosa island and universal studios.

We had a great trip to Mauritius. Archana had provided all the documents and information on time which helped in better planning. Stay at hotel and services were also good.

Hotel was awesome. Driver was really good, car could have been better. Local schedule was a little out of order. Place, where more time was required, were allocated more time and place like volcano which was too far not worth of spending 3 hr long drive. Overall good experience.

Service was good. Tour arranged by harpreet was upto the mark.
