Experience with Travel Triangle was good. However the response from "I need trip travels Pvt. Ltd" is not satisfactory. They actually charged more than what is indicated in the quote and we felt like they are money minded rather than service oriented. Nam Ho travels in Singapore treated us very well and punctual in time. Overall Singapore trip was nice and memorable.

Except the flight timings (that wasted a good deal of our time) and a lousy Malaysia itinerary, the rest of our trip was amazing! the travel agents were always easily reachable and prompt to respond to queries. Singapore was a superb experience!

i paid extra for food at last day.. extra paid for water which is given without intimating

Trip was beautifully planned and resorts were wonderful. We had an amazing experience. Neha helped us all along the planning process and gave good suggestions.

First day hotel manager was roude and service was slow nd the room we got was small room.. 1 nd second day cab pickup was late bcz of that we were outside of the mall nd my daughter got sick because of hot weather.. please make sure that they convence right thing to their customers. Every where we had to improve our tickets bcz the tickets were normal either in dessert safari or dolphin show. Desert safari

One of our best trips. Very well organized. Nupur helped us a lot and was super active on whatsapp whenever we had queries. We did not face any difficulties from the itinerary. Just keep in mind that the cabs in Singapore don' t wait for you even if you are 5 min late!! Buy a SIM to avail any cab services on your own.

It was a very good experience in Bali. Trip quote was flexible and Biswajith was very mush responsive at all times. The trip was executed well as planned. No delay in the services done in Bali but the vouchers took a long time for us and the travel triangle customer service call attendees were not responsible enough at the time of need. On the whole would recommend to friends for trips with ineedtrip team. Both the hotels were amazing. Trips were always on time, no delay at all. Pirate cruise dinner experience was the best of them all. Some tips are that we should make sure that all the options are given to travellers before confriming the trip quote. As we had to take a vegetarian one at candlelight dinner, we were not aware that there are non vegetarian options too. So we had to spend extra for the same. Also make sure to try sea walker in the packages as it was not covered for us.

Thanks to I Need Trip for customising a wonderful package.This was my second trip abroad with Travel Triangle and the entire process from booking till delivery of vouchers was smooth.Special kudoz to Aakash from I Need Trip who was very professional to respond to our every query. Our best memory was roaming around the streets of Penang and Singapore late evening and enjoying chilled beer on the roads.Singapore is definitely a place to be for some happening stuff and Penang with it's artistic beauty served well to the wanderlust inside is.

Shashank from I need trip travels was extremely responsive and had organised a major portion of our trip to Paris and Switzerland in an excellent manner. He was extremely approachable and helpful in case we faced any issues during our trip....there were one or two instances in which the proper tickets and vouchers were not provided...however he sorted out the issues effectively...we would recommend Travel Triangle and I Need Trip Travels for travel to Europe Eiffel Tower, Cruise on River Seine in Paris and Mount Titlis in Switzerland were worth a visit
