I Need Trip Travels Pvt Ltd

The schedule made by 'I need trip' was not proper. On 2nd day of our trip we were supposed to do water sports and uluwatu temple visit with kecak dance which was suppose to be a half day tour which they made a full day tour and on that day we got free 4 hours before kecak dance, there was no activity planned to fill that time. On complaining by email there was no response and when contacted directly to emergency contact, she told us that we reached 5 hours early because they planned this due to traffic in Bali. There was no positive response from their side. Driver/guide was not aware of any location where we can spend our time on that hot day, he was guiding us to beach where spending is not possible. Driver/guide was supposed to understand English but he was not able to translate our single request which was 'Take us back to our hotel' instead he took us for dinner planned on that day at 6 in the evening. On next day, driver skipped our afternoon trip which was part of itinerary because he was not aware of the location of booked place. Stay in 'New Pondok Sara Villa' was awesome experience. Overall the entire trip plan was not good, spa session was worthless and after reaching there we got to know that itinerary was not good. Good places like Bali safari etc was missing. For next time I would prefer to plan holidays by myself instead of relying on tour operators.

It was all together a great trip to Bali. Best part was the good nature of the driver and his assistance. "I Need Trip" travel agent Ms. Sondarya is the one who made this trip successful and memorable. I deeply appreciate her efforts. We are vegetarian so they gave us best indian vegetarian restaurant's. Thanks a lot for that too. Looking forward for more trips to plan from here. Good luck to team. Sea walking was the memorable moment of the trip to Bali.(This was not in the package)

Good Experience to Mauritius Resort was very good and beautiful Room quality was good not very classy Water sports was the best part about Mauritius specially Dolphin Cruise.

Booking a package from i need trip was a good choice. From day 1 I was in touch with saundarya and she handled everything so well. Always there to answer your queries. I booked 3 night Stay at bali garden beach resort and 2 night stay at transera grand villas. Breakfast at bali garden was a buffet and transera had some good 8-9 options in ala carte. ( tea, juice, fruit, bread/pancake was common with all meals and selection was to be made for the main meal). Food at transera is really amazon and economic. Presentation, quality, taste everything is just awesome. For a lunch meal of 2 (2 main course dishes) is costs around INR 500-600. However food at Indian restaurants is really really expensive. A dinner meal for 2 would cost around 3-4000 INR which is way more than 4 times meal that I had at transera. :-) Kuta is really happening place. People in bali are good and helpful. When you hire a taxi, go with blue bird group taxis rather than provate cabs. Do negotiate with them for every ride if you are not going on metered cab. Romantic Beach Dinner at grand mirage was also good. We were served with samosa as snacks. Dal makhni, kadhai paneer and mix veg in main course. Apart from this, we had rice and 3 chapatis. Location was perfect and you would get to see many Indian couples at that place, all for the same dinner but on different tables. I would really recommend i need trip travels as they have given good services. Best part was stay at transera grand private pool villa

I had a good experience overall during my thailand trip to Krabi and phuket. I would highly recommend these hotels: KRABI RESORT in krabi and Deevana Plaza in Phuket. Both the hotel locations were so convenient. Only hiccup i faced was during a rain forest discovery tour i had no clarity about my pick up time from hotel and we have to continuously coordinate with Hotel beds to have any clarity. Rest all the tours coordinated by Travelbullz were absolutely on time with convenient pickups. The best part about the tours arranged by travelbullz was they already had all the pick up timings mentioned on vouchers that we receive before we leave for our destinations and if so ever there was any change in the timing, the same was coordinated through fax which we received at our hotel rooms. I personally felt James bond island tour was complete waste of time and only complaint i had with i need trip was for not adding canoeing in james bond island tour which was a single point of attraction in the whole tour. Special thanks to vishnu for coordinating the trip and for his 24hour continuous support.

The driver who came to pick us up at the airport was extremely rude and arrogant. He even went to the level of telling a guy that he will slap him only because while putting the luggage, his luggage trolley hit the bus Tyre. Extremely unprofessional. Also, in the schedule provided to me, it was clearly mentioned that there would be days with breaks in between. My schedule was never followed. I was taken out on three consecutive days after arrival with no time to rest at all. You should stick to the schedule / itenary that u have provided. The staff at the hotel was amazing and very helpful

It was my trip to Dubai and the experience was great. Everything was arranged nicely be it the sightseeing or the pickup and drop. We really had a good time. Thanks !!

Hi the trip was very well managed and powerpacked.Many activities were beyond what we expected.Our coordination point Mr. Kartik from I need trip was very helpful and available at disposal even when we tried to connect from Bali.Our driver for last three days Mr. Mana ( may be I am spelling it wrong) went that extra mile to make our travel memorable by giving us lot of insights.The stay and behavior of staff of Alam puisi villa is something we cherish till day. Water sports at Nusa dua,Ayung river rafting and of course the breathtaking view of Ulluwatu and Tanahlot.
