Everything was just amazing except hotel,Hotel category was not good instead of this everything was just too amazing. thanks Mr pnkaj for arranging a great package

At first i would like to thank Tushar(I need Trip ) for well coordinating. There were some issues.. we reached singapore nd there was noone to pick us up we had to wait 3 hours then i coordinated with the local agent to get us our pickup.. Hotel was amazing .. In Bali we specifically asked for honeymoon package so that we could get our room decorated but alas no coordination with India Agent i had to request the hotel to do so they did eventually but the surprise of getting inside the room nd seeing ur room well decorated was gone. Poor coordination from Indian Agent had to call the local agent regarding one of the issues in Itinerary but they straight denied saying Indian Agent has not updated them so they cant provide us the services. I tried calling India but vain noone took a pain becoz payment was already in their pockets . Rest the trip was good,we had fun just some hurdles which i felt was ignored literally by the agents. The cab driver was really helpful nd helped us out of the way. Just a suggestion for Travel Triangle kindly coordinate with the people who are on a trip abroad u may have got the payment earlier but ur duty still remains to completely guide them throughout the tour .

Every was good and well organised. I found the below few things which are not organised. I received the sim card in Mauritius on 3rd day which I supposed to receive on 1st day. The services of Dubai hotel was not upto the mark. Except this all arrangements were good.

Thailand. 1.) The trip was really good, thanks to Parth(I Need Trip) he responded on time always. 2.) The hotels at Phuket(Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort) and Bangkok(Kingston Suites) were really good, but the hotel at Krabi was bad...i was told that was a 4* hotel (Krabi Cha-Da) and it turned out to be a 3* and there were issues with the room, the bathroom doesn't work properly, not a good experience at all. 4.) The trip could have been more well organised by at least telling us at what terminal the driver is going to pickup us at, a lot of time wasted waiting for the taxi pickup, Bangkok city tour was an absolute waste of time, after the tour the we were supposed to be dropped at the hotel and then pickup us for the airport, instead the driver said he will directly take us to the airport along with an other couple on the way. we had waited for 2hours in the taxi at some hotel waiting for the other couple....i wouldn't blame the couple as they got out at the time they were supposed to.....the driver had us wait for 2 hours. waited for 1 hour at Phuket airport for the taxi to arrive...... over all a good experience in Thailand, but not so great with the arrangement in Thailand. Thanks to Parth again and no thanks to Kamalika Das Gupta from Travel Triangle...she never responded to my emails in regard to some concerns during the booking of the trip.

Lot of things we enjoyed . Service at hotel were amazing . Service provided from travel traingle were too good. We loved all services provided in all mean . Stay at hotel was memorable and pool side dinner was best . And best beach side view

Singapore & Bali........It was overall good managed trip.

Singapore.. It was my first foreign trip. I have searched through various websites and then came across Travel Triangle. I post my query there and got call from INeedTrip. Initially I was very scared but Saloni,my trip advisor was a genie. She is extremely awesome. She is very polite and helpful all the time. Whenever I have called her, she has given me an immediate response. She has suggested all the good places that is must visit. I received my vouchers on time. I loved Gardens By Bay and Sentosa(Wings of Time), a lot. Universal Studio was also awesome. The hotel (Parc Sovereign) was nice. Only issue was with the pick up and drop van and driver. Even, I missed the pick up one day, its not that I was late, its because the driver arrived late and didn't wait also. That is the only disadvantage they have. They can atleast share the driver details with the vehicle number. Also, I would like to appreciate Akanksha for all the visa process. In short, it was a nice and memorable trip. For me, Singapore was a nice experience. I would like to suggest INeedTrip to others as well.

Just one point, our flyer ride was canceled due to non-operational of the flyer and as per the agent money of the same will be refunded. I booked my Dubai Trip with I need trips through Pankaj. The package was booked at a very good price and the hotel was also good (Grand Excelsior Bur Dubai) but overall booking experience was not good. My flight seats were changed by Travel Triangle as they have all the details of my booking. I had booked two window seats and they removed one of our window seats without informing us. The trip advisor also did not bother to mention places we should visit like Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden, Ski Dubai, Glowing Garden, etc.. He only booked for places I mentioned before booking like Global Village. No driver during our itinerary was informing well about places we were going through except city tour. City tour was just useless because they stopped for 45 minutes at an art museum but did not bother to stop at various good places like palm jumeirah (10 mins), atlantis (no stoppage) or any other place. We could not even take pictures of the places from the bus. We had to visit the beach and other places separately at our own cost. City tour is useless. The trip advisor also did not entertain our request to book tickets or arrange a tour to some place after we reached Dubai. Dubai is expensive but driver did not help us as to how much money should we take there approximately. IMO, Dubai needs atleast 7-8 days if you want to include everything that is famous in dubai in your trip and you are a travel pro. Our hotel was near to Al Karama Market and Al Rais Center so we had lunch and dinner very easily by walking just for 15-20 minutes.

Hi , we are very satisfied with the whole team. From start to end everything was smooth and went as we have planned . And Special thanks to Mr Rahul Rana who helped a lot for making this trip memorable one ......... Island water activities was awesome !!

Hello travelled Thailand in Jan 2018 and the trip was planned by Mr Vishnu of I needtrip.It was well organised and all the sight seeing and other iternary was well planned. Hotels at Phuket and Pattaya wer excellent although it could have been better at Bankok. Enjoyed and had a great vaccation..Thanks Vishnu again.

The drivers were on time which ensured smooth pick up n drop. Thank you for making our first international trip a memorable one. Wings of Time show and Dream Cruise were the best in the package and highly recommended when u visit Singapore.

Every thing was fabulous apart from spa... As it was not spa it was just massage.. Bahama rafting was the best one... Package was awesome specially the driver was very cooperative.. Once again thanks for the wonderful holidays plan by you people.. Thanku..
