This was sent on Friday, with no reply till now Hi, We are concluding our trip to Maldives. We are grateful to the services of your company and that of the travel agent we worked with. However there is one glaring mistake on their behalf which needs to be addressed. We were recommended Amari over Sun Resort as it is superior, though at a higher price per night, which is why we needed to reduced the trip by one day, which was acceptable. The Amari resort is 400km away from the airport, requiring us to take a one hour domestic flight, which are not very frequent, and a further boat ride. As a result it took us more than 12 hours to reach the resort from our home, instead of the promised 6 hours. We were also told that the resort is near the main airport, which would reduce the transit time to and from the place, which becomes very significant when it is a short 3 day trip. The same problem recurs as we have to leave earlier from the resort to catch our flight back. Also, we had booked, on the recommendation of your team and the travel agent, for 4 days. Instead we have only stayed for 3 days. 1st day- 27th Feb- Check in at 4:30 PM to 28th Feb 2nd day- 28th Feb to 1st March 3rd day- 1st March to 2nd March- check out at 10:45 AM I have ended up paying for one day unnecessarily, with each day being a very expensive affair (almost 25,000 rupees/day) We chose I Need Travels, out of the many available tour operators, on your recommendation after having worked with many times in the past. We have been trying to reach I NEED Travels, but your team has been unresponsive to follow up communication. This is highly unprofessional and hence unacceptable. Instead of enjoying our honeymoon, this significant error has caused a lot of distress. We demand a resolution to the issue, which includes a compensation for the distress caused and money lost! While everything was very nicely managed and on time, I did not get the SIM card which was a part of my package. Apparently the local travel agency had no information about this. Other members in the group received their SIM cards at the hotel, but I didnt get it. Thankfully I purchased a SIM card at the airport with my own money else it would have been very difficult for me in Mauritius.

Hotel stay was awesome... Overall trip was awesome... Thank you for the good trips Vanshaj and I G tours and travels...

The agent gave me assurance of 1.5 litres of water per day per person. However, there was no service provided by Resort as they told that no such facility was made by the travel agent.big disappoinment I even contacted the travel agent but he didn't came up with solution.

Trip was fab

Pick up from airport to hotel was not properly planned. We were ending up in searching pick up for 3 to 4hrs as we were not aware of gates. Please specify the gate numbers before the trip. The Bangkok hotel room was congested and breakfast was not good. Phi phi island tour and Coral island tour.

Service was Excellent. Superb.... Best Trip

1. It was told that it is not compulsory to carry THB 10,000/person to Bangkok for Visa. However at airport I was told that it is compulsory. Due to this I had to bear straight loss of Rs. 5,000 due to high exchange rate at airport 2. I was told to meet concerned person at Phuket outside gate no. 2. However after searching for around 15-20 mins I found the person standing outside gate no. 4 3. Due to late taxi arrival at Phuket airport I had to wait for more than 60 mins. 4. After returning from Phi Phi Island, I had to wait for 90 mins to get cab to hotel. Mrs. Nat ( on behalf of OHM) who was following up from mng refused to help saying she cannot do anything. After calling OHM, I received call from Nat that she will do something. I gave her option that if I can board taxi and she can reimburse but she again refused saying she will arrange the taxi in 10 mins. Again we had to wait for more than 30 mins to get the taxi. Also OHM has been informed regarding all this issue. Total waiting was more than 2 hours. All this problem resulted in cancellation of evening schedule. 5. In itinerary it was mentioned that sea canoe is included in James Bond island, however local agent in Phuket confirmed that canoe is not included. After follow up it was included. 6. The emergency contact person in Thailand was very rude and impatient to address my queries. 7. At time of leaving India I was told that final itinerary and vouchers will be handed over to me at Phuket airport, however after 2 days in Phuket when I enquired about the same it was told that no itinerary will be given. 8. Check-in time of hotel at Krabi (as per hotel rules) was 15:00, then I do not understand why transfer from Phuket was arranged at 10:00 AM. I had to wait at hotel lobby in Krabi for more than 2 hours. 9. Bad service provided by hotel at Krabi. No luggage transfer to room, had to carry stuff by own to room. 10. Krabi trip was complete disaster. 11. Krabi hotel was surrounded by slums and location was very bad. 12. In Safari World, feeding show and river Safari was not shown to us as additional amount is charged for that. Do cross check if vendor has taken money for this but not shown these to visitors. 1. Private transfer to Krabi from Phuket was great experience. Driver (Mr. Maribu) was very good and humble person. 2. Phuket Fantasea show was the best place to visit. 3. Had great time at Phi Phi Island. 4. Guide provided for James Bond Island was very cool and instructed every thing very patiently. Best guide I have ever met. 5. Mr Bhavay resolved the issue of Canoe@ James Bond within minutes. Appreciate. 6. Had nice time in Bangkok. Hotel provided was really good.

We booked our honeymoon trip to Bali through travel triangle. Honestly speaking we were little skeptical on how the arrangements would be and we were worried whether the travel agent would pick and drop us on time or not. But travel triangle took all our doubts out of our minds. Their best part is we can compare the quotes and itineraries with various travel agents and can customize as per our wish. How great is that!!!! Our driver wira was on time... Special kudos to him

Good One - Good

Trip was Good and I did not face any issue . But my issues - First the itenary which was proposed initially was not the final and it was informed 2 days before without any options to change Second the Cab driver in Bali was nice to talk but was not even the slightest accomodable.. Anything out of the itenary we asked was rejected with smile. e.g. O asked to take a detour of 2-4 km so that I can have lunch he denied with smile. we asked that we need to get something from market which was 1 km away he was very reluctant to do so.. such things was not making ua happy. we booked private cabs so that it can be according to us but I didnot felt like that. so we ditched 2 days of the cab options and roamed on our own. Good Things - Hotel and Villa was good Driver was punctual in reporting at time

Resort was good

It's was nice well organised trip. it was a wonderful experience visiting to Dubai.
