The trip organised by Vihar Hospitality was awesome for me. Special Thanks to Suja for explaining about the trip and clarifying every doubts and arranging the driver as I asked. Also thanks to driver Mr. Vinu, he was so helpful. Adventure Trip arranged by Mr. Vinu(Driver) was best part of the trip.

It was a well planned trip to Munnar (2 days) and Allepey (1 day) by Vihaar Hospitality. Special Thanks to Suja for explaining about the trip and clarifying every doubts I had about it. Stay at Green Ridge hotel is a good choice, but it was too costly to order any food there (prawn biriyani Rs. 400 !!!). Complimentary buffet breakfast was awesome though. One major drawback was that that they don't accept cards. There was an ongoing 'card not accepted' issue due to demonetization, which should have been communicated to us so that I could take cash in hand, but it was not. Stay at houseboat was an excellent experience with all those candle light dinner and honeymoon decoration. Non-veg cooking we ordered was an outstanding one.. It was more like eating at home, not at hotels. We planned to go for a trip to make memories and the purpose is best served. Special thanks to the driver Jofy who made us feel like our brother is driving the vehicle all over the trip. Overall trip is full of memories.

The cab driver is very rash. I don't know whether he is working for travels or as commission agent for the shops over there.

A Great thanks to Suja for explaining every thing in detail and organising the tript was excellent. We took the 4 days package Travelling to Kerala through Vihaar hospitality it was a good decxision. The team took continuous feedback at every destination. Quality of Cab and Driver Mr.vince was excellent.A day before the trip, as promised, we received indication of the car no , driver name and contact number. After our arrival in Cochin, I received from Cab Driver in the airport,after an hour of being in the car, suja called to ask if the car and driver was OK, etc. etc. He called several times during our trip to ensure everything was OK. I have never received such attention from any travel agent anywhere, and I mentioned, everything was great, everything was very safe , I would certainly have no hesitation to recommend Vihaar Hospitality and Leisureand in particular Suja for any Kerala holiday. Once again big THANK YOU Suja and Driver Mr.vince for making our Kerala trip even more memorable days in our life.............................

First of all I wasn't interested in evaluating too many travel agents. At the end I was happy that I went with Vihaar hospitality. Throughout the journey feedback was taken by Suja which was well appreciated. It was a hassle free tour. The Driver and car was superb, infact he had good knowledge on the places. He was a good communicator. I would request not to provide Green Ridge hotel to anyone. Its not worth staying there. If we exclude hotel and coffee shop, its a lodge rather than a hotel. Rest of the stay was comfortable and memorable. Once again thanks to Suja & Vihaar Hospitality Few memories: 1. Scenic drive across locations 2. A good houseboat experience 3. Watched Marshall arts 4. Jeep ride on mountains in thekkady 5.
