The hotel where we were accommodated was different from the one proposed in the tour schedule. However, the hotel and service were good but the location wasn't too great. Some of the places of sight seeing mentioned in the tour itinerary were not shown to us. But the cab was good and the chauffeur well mannered.

It was great trip. My trip was for 6 N, 7D : Cochin-> Munnar(2days)->Thekkady(1day)->Allepey(1day)->Kovalam(1day)->Kanyakumari(1day, back to kovalam)-> Cochin Drop(7th day) Driver was good, he was a great guide too all the way. All the hotels booked were as per bookings. Houseboat was good too. Overall me and my parents were very satisfied and happy with this trip. I will fully recommend Aans holidays.

Only The Leaf Munnar hotel was best, Spice grove was good, but the houseboat was quite un hygienic, we did not like the stay in house boat, it was nice to go for ride on house boat but we did not like staying there. When we arrived at The Leaf Munnar and Spice Grove resorts in Thekkedy.. Aans holidays did not even booked the room i guess. At both the hotels reception staff could not find booking either by my name or by Aans holidays. Then i had to call my driver and get the things resolved.Thanks to driver Ajmal who has sorted this thing out.

Cab driver Mr. Sajir is very good person. He help us to make our trip more enjoyable. All the sites and location are very good. Jeep safari and allapy boat house experience are very nice.

Issue with houseboat only everything else ifs perfecy Tea fields... Thekaddy hotel

Munnar hotel management was not appropriate House boat management was excellent

. Best family tour with Aans holidays. We are with Aans holidays for six days with AC car. Driver is good with Hindi . Hotels are good. Houseboat tour is very good. Dinner lunch on houseboat is excellent. Overall Trip is very good.

Really appreciate planning and selection of hotels by Aans holidays and special thanks to Jaymol though she was hospitalized she was in continuous touch and taking feedback from us. Hotel was good but very far from the town.cab driver was good but the cab should be ac sedan as mentioned in itenary.My mother has knee problem which i mentioned to agent before booking still she send innova due to which my mother had tough times in getting in the car.Travel agent did not plan the holidays and had intention to cheat also.She knows that we are coming on sunday and tea museum is closed on sunday which i mentined her also but still she didnot plan a visit to tea factory.we went to ervakulum national park and echo point only.Then on 3rd day we have to go see cochin attractions as mentioned in itenary.But she said we cannot cover those things because of time constraint so driver mentioned to take us to athirapally.He was talking to travel agent in malyam we thought they have discussed it with each other.so we agreed but after we covered athirapally she said this trip was not included in the itenary so there will be extra charge.

Please provide hotels in town itself so that one can go to market in case need arises. Jeep safari n houseboat
