Aans Holidays

Aans holiday wr the best. Thanks to Jaymol and there team for the timely help as my arrival time was changed at the last moment but they handled it perfectly and provided me with a room for refreshment. And the food at aans home was awesome. Home made food at its best. Thanks to the guy and his family who cooks and ask anything at any point of time they will help u without any hesitation. The driver provided by them was also good and friendly, we said our requirement and he took the responsibility to show us the best of Munnar and stopped whenever we wanted him to stop near any view point. And adjusted as per our wish. In short I will blindly go with aans holiday always if I plan for a trip in Kerala.

Firstly, the driver was an excellent guide... very friendly and courteous. He ensured that our Munnar trip becomes memorable for us. But, we had a bit disappointing experience with the hotel "Dream Catcher" Plantation Resort in Munnar. On Day 1 we had booked Superior room with balcony (agent photos showed hill view), but we got coconut tree view from the given room :( On complaining and talking to agent... we were shifted to the room showed in photo later. 2nd day we shifted to Tree house. The geyser was not working, though weather was cool outside... No effort was made to fix it too... they just said we know it :( Bathroom fitting in the tree house was loose... water starts gushing out from other places than water tap or shower... bathroom wall has cracks from which worms were coming in and out... Bulbs were fuse on way to tree house through the dark tea plantation at night. We complained to fix them immediately... was frightening dark ... my wife was scared that we may put foot on a snake or something in the dark... Wi-fi was not working at hotel during our stay... so couldn't send back our daily dose of pics to family back at home for 3 days. Restaurant timing shows breakfast till 10 am... but they don't refill unless u insist saying kitchen closes 30 minutes or so prior to restaurant close time... the restaurant manager also ensures that u feel rushed (contrary to what you would want on your honeymoon - a relaxed environment)... Half of the items in the Restaurant menu are not available... like 6-7 items are listed in dessert... all they have is Gulab Jamun, not even ice cream is available :(

Thanks a lot for your excellent service and arrangements made by Jaymol (Hans Holiday). Really very happy. I'll suggest to my friends surely. Especially driver, cottage people and houseboat people behaviour is too good... Special Arrangements and Candle light dinner

Trip was good. Quote for travel cost was also reasonable. Suggested place like dream catcher was really good . Had issues with houseboat but that's ok.

Trip was awesome. Hotels were good. The boathouse experience was not that good. Except boathouse everything was perfect. Boat should be better, Upper deck missing in boat, halt timing of boat was too long. Night was really boring, room in the boat are not good. Stay and breakfast at ragamaya is best.

All the hotels are good and the tour plan is planned well with sufficient time. One thing to say about the Nest Resort in Munnar , the stay is fine but the facilities are not ok like room service is not ok and the rooms are also not good. Best Momment duirng the Trip is the stay in House Boat and the Jeep Safari in Munnar. We loved all the places in Munnar and the House BOat in Alleppey.

We booked the honeymoon package of 3 day trip to Munnar and Alleppey(Boat house). It was amazing place and Aans Holidays made it perfect memorable trip for us. The boat house stay at Alleppey were exotic. They also arranged Candle light dinner for us. Its life time memory. Munnar hotel stay also good. Our driver cum guide Febin was very Co-operative and he could speak Hindi. Overall the Kerala experience was very good and I would definitely recommend Aans holidays to my family and friends. Services was excellent.we enjoyed our journey with Ans Holiday..it is best traveller in Kerala..we enjoyed all 10 day with Ans Holiday.. Ans Holidays home was awesome and service is excellent..We enjoyed best Kerala foods there.That Driver was good.he drived safely and know good English his name was Boby..thanks to Ans Holiday they gived me best package in Kerala..it was fabulous journey in Kerala..

apart from kochi sight seeing the entire trip was good the driver Shanavas was good and a grt photographer as well he captured our memory well, he was good at communication. Mr. Joshi in aans holiday home at munnar was very supportive and made the arrangements as i said. the hotel at thekkady, the grand thekkady is mindblowing loved the place. although the backwaters houseboat is good but the crew members was not able to communicate with us properly. thanks for the support from Jaymol our travel agent in Aans. and a very special thanks to the driver of our cab shanavas who made our journey worth remembering. the most memorable trip of our life together started with Aans Holidays. i recommend the aans holiday home to stay at munnar for a peaceful stay and grt service by Mr. Joshi.

We booked the package of 5day trip to Munnar, Thekaddy and Alleppy. It was amazing place and Aans Holidays made it perfect memorable trip for us. Jaymol had planned the trip perfectly. The hotel stay at all three places were exotic. Specially the Kondai lip resort. Our driver cum guide Abdul was very Co-operative and he could speak Hindi. Overall the Kerala experience was very good and I would definetly recommend Aans holidays to my family and friends. Thanks There were many...but the quality time we spent at Kondai lip resort were most memorable.

Jmol provided me with all the information about hotels that i inquired and gave the hotels with my choice. the property at munnar which is maintained by AANS itself was very nice, the food served was very good and of course the service by Mr. Joshi was excellet. On the last day i faced some issue with houseboat but Jmol was very kind and quick to give me alternative and made my trip memorable. Thanks to Jmol and AAns team. Travel triange is best platform. otherthan last day trip went good. sight seeing can be better than the provided. last day driver was changed who is most reluctant person to do work he is racing on roads he dont know how to behave. driver provided for first 4 days is good but last day screwed our kerala experience. aans planned well but dont rely on persons like last day driver overall aans holidays provided good trip other than lasy day
