The trip was very good...we had a great time in all the places.. Driver is verry good person Akhil gopal perfect drive safe drive & verry quick pick up also. Mountain club is superb property not a single issue perfect hotel. Service was very bad ,Not satisfied, No proper facility, still they not return our money ,they charged extra money other than package ,please do return money

It was a grt trip Every moment was a best memory

Overall not bad but need some improvement House board, pine tree resort, munnar places, kalarry fight

Amazing experience of gods own country under the guidance of anns holidays and team.Driver Akhil is kind and polite.Agent Jaymol is also helpful whenever in need.

We just moved to India and were planning our first trip. Our travel agent gave us a 3 star accommodation as a four star. The place was shabby and not even worth 3 star. That was a major turn off. The travel agent also booked us at two nights in diff places apart by 250 kms. Luckily we caught that last minute and forced them to change it. Costed us a ton of extra money. Aans Travel partner was a wrong choice. Being a platform travel triangle should ensure such things. They can improve on their customer connect and platform quality

Dear Sumit The Hotel at Munnar was good as per our requirements but the hotel Grand Tekkadi was worst. Not provided A/c room as per our requirement and the food too was worst. Hence we did not try the breakfast as the dinner had a bitter experience. Room service too was not at all satisfactory by anyone. The Houseboat was not provided as per our request.But upon contacting Ans Holidays she said another boat would join in the night which we did not like it as it is not safe and good for a family to stay in different boats. Hence cancelled the stay in the house boat but had a ride for about 90 minutes because the houseboat owner said the food was prepared as per our requirements. Hence we had our food because there was no other good hotel nearby. I thought I will contact you after reaching back in Mumbai on 20.5.2019 as I am still in Kerala visiting temples and my relatives too. I think you had mentioned that I am required to pay extra for the vehicle if I cross over 1000 kms. Please clarify. I did pay the balance money to the driver after deducting the payments made at the hotels as he was acting at the instructions of his company and I too did not take up the matter with you in the midst of our tour plan and I do not want to upset my family as I have arranged this trip after a very long time by making several other adjustments at Mumbai as well as at my native place home. Trip at Munnar was too good. Thekkady except hotel rooms and food everything was OK. Houseboat you can ver we’ll understand and there is no need to explain. Please ask the agent to refund the money towards the houseboat as we did not stay and we did not have the food during night and morning etc. Also about the transport/vehicle charges. I am replying to your mail while I am travelling. Detailed claim will follow after going through the final quote submitted upon reaching Mumbai, which please note. Regards KA Suryanarayanan OK and do not wish to specify anything now as I am travelling.

Nil Staying at Abad hotels

Alleppey Houseboat was not the same as promised. Aans holidays sent photos of the exact houseboat that was booked. But we got a different low quality one. Rivertree Munnar hotel ambience was bad. It was in the corner and blocked frm all sides with no ventilation. Amenities can be improved. Food there was below average. Seasons Thekkady hotel was good. Cab driver could've been more interactive. He was very polite but silent. He didn't proactively tell us which place we're visiting next. The travel agent of Aans Holiday didn't meet us on the arrival day. We had to pay the balance payment to the driver which we didn't feel was safe. But we got the receipt. It's better if we had met the agent personally. Alleppey Houseboat driver and cook were very courteous. The Food here was amazing.
