Dear ma'am apology for the inconvenience held in cherrapunjee .Only in Cherrapunjee your hotels was not confirm as we have not received payments from the travel triangle . So the hotel released the rooms as we were unable to make the advance payment . As soon as we received your payment from the travel triangle immediately we shifted you to the other hotel in Cherrapunjee and that too we have provided the upper category hotel to you .

bil no 9127209376 was very friendly & co-operative3. But Swift Desire driver another Mridul Mobile number +917576852481 was unprofessional. He had no Itinery, when we tell him the places to visit, he used to scare us about the traffic and try to avoid taking us. We missed few sight seeings. He took Rs 500 for filling fuel which he never returned. When we remind him while dropping us at airport he told us that he has no money. Anyways, we told him that it's tip from us, but this is certainly not the way to take tip in advance.He also forced us to have food at a very dirty, unhygienic place saying that there are no restaurants but we found plenty within 1 km away from that place. He is not into the travel business and told us that he has hired his friends private vehicle.4. Ms. Leiki from Brahmaputra Holidays was very co-operative and was in touch with us during our tour.5. We had to pay Heater charges at Tawang. At other places, it was provided by the hotel free of cost. If it's not included in the package, should be mentioned in the exclusion.

s for pick up/transportation on the day of arrival. we had to wait at airport for an hour. The driver and guide for the meghalaya tour were did not have much clue on spots, routes, good places to eat/for food etc. we had expected guide or driver to know places of interest and keep engaging with us. May be next time this could be improved.

tc patiently.. answered all the little things neatly... Then comes the cab n the driver.. no second thoughts.. comfortable cab.. and the driver -Naba.. perfect, honest, loveable guy.. my whole family is still talking about his wellness n behavior.. best person..And lastly the hotels,.. neat n clean hotels.. best arrangement as promised by the agent.. I have already referred to few of them.. The trek to double decker living root bridge .. one of the best memories.. 3600 steps inside climbing down.. more than awesome.. then Dawki.. the Indo-Bangla Border.. some heart touching once.. and many more memories..
