We had a wonderful time in Turkey. Thanks to City of Sultans and Travel Triangle for preparing a suitable itinerary for us and guiding us properly at every instant. Right from the pickup from the airport to the city tours, flights and drop to the airport, we were assisted by friendly agents, guides and drivers who ensured a comfortable journey for us. It was an excellent trip. Aydin from city of sultan's has been great. He gave what is promised and was always available. Turkish people were great. Bad things: Sura hagia hotel reception one guy was unnecessarily rude. It being a 5 star hotel, it should have been more welcoming to guests. Titanic beach Lara resort receptionist were plain stupid.they didn't have indian adapters for charge and their receptionist in the morning informed that we can keep to their reception computers charging using USB drive. As we had to rush, we didn't keep and returned evening and asked for the same. The receptionist Ali started arguing and didn't help I went and met guest relations and they charged. Phone charging was important as we had next day early morning flight and we needed it for logistics. These are not agents fault though.cityofsultans has done tremendously good work. Highly highly recommended.

We had a great trip as the locals are friendly and helpful. The hotels were very clean and centrally located as promised. However, rooms could have been more spacious and less cramped. Breakfast options for vegetarians were limited and lacked variety. Will definitely recommend Travel Triangle to family and friends. The friendly people and the cleanliness of the place!

We had a great time in Turkey. City of Sultans had arranged everything so well. All the hotels were booked in the centre of the city which helped us explore the place even better. There wasn’t a single thing that went wrong from their side. A special call out to Aydin for answering all our queries with a lot of patience and being available 24/7. The tour guides were also very jovial and knowledgeable. The vehicles provided were all very comfortable. The itinerary was customised as per our needs. We had only 7 days of vacation time and they helped us cover 4 places (Istanbul, Cappadocia, Kusadasi and Pamukkale) within that by planning very well. Hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia. Istanbul and Pamukkale sight seeing.

From the time you are received at the Airport to the time you are dropped back you have nothing to worry about. Trips are very very well co-ordinated. all cars, drivers, guides were amazing. All hotels were amazing except one which was ordinary. The best hotel was the cave hotel in Cappadocia. Aydin our tour co-ordinator was extremely help throughout the process. From the time booking was done till we reached back home he was always available on whatsapp to answer all your queries patiently. All the site seeing programs started bang on time and ended on time. A lot of free time is given from 4PM onwards so that you can explore places on your own or even chill out or shop!! I highly recommend City of Sultans for your trip to Turkey. The trip was great. These guys have always quick response and reply for any help which is gem. The hotels were decent and Near by. Except in kapadokya they didn’t give us hotel which they promise and little far from center but they gave us suite room in another hotel which was very lavish. All in all great trip with few minor issues but i will still go ahead and do it again for the price was cheap.
