Good Planning. Enjoyed

While we were given a good itinerary within the tight schedule of just 3 nights and 4 days, we came to know that there was a weekend curfew both Sat and Sun where we had to just stay back in our hotels/ ride down to the next hotel. That was very disappointing as there is no refund or reduction in the amount paid- infact TT can work on compensating me in any way. As many places mentioned in the itinerary were closed owing to the pandemic, some have been closed for over 2 years, ex., The Tibetan Golden Temple- such places should not have been listed in our itinerary, and ofcourse paying for every entry ticket, some could have been inclusive. Travel team/ agent could have worked on that despite us asking them continuously. Otherwise we did have a very good stay at Coorg, Hotel Vasathi is definitely one of the best places to board in, great hospitality and food. Very supportive staff! The Quorum at Mysore was also good, however, the ambience wasn't very interesting. Our driver was on schedule and very friendly, thanks Mr. Doreswamy! Overall, a great trip, but turned out to be expensive owing to the 2 complete curfew days and inclusions of Non-Accesible tourist places. Otherwise, we got to visit some amazing places, covering 10 sights in just 2 days . Beautiful and must go! Thank you TT.

Good Hotel & Driver Coonoor & Sightseeing

Had a good trip, however, loads of areas of improvement. As a agency that who develops itinerary, they should mention what is closed on what days and timings since as a tourist I am unaware of that.

Glad that I could plan using Travel triangle. The vendor Sky Tours and Travel (Swati) did wonderful job in suggesting the best hotel's and modifying the trip as per requirement.

Hotel Given fir mysore was very very bad, even breakfast was not provided, who will refund the money, also it was 1 star hotel Ooty trip was good and hotel provided also Ooty and Connor sight seeing

Travel agent booked two single beds for 2 adults and a 4 year old kid.. we had to pay extra to get extra bed.. Other than that the itinerary and the arrangement was very good

I have been with travel triangle for many years. This year I planned a small trip to pondicherry. The hotel was good however, the driver was not up to the mark of travel triangle. He himself was a good person and was trying his best. However, he did not seem to be a good fit for this trip. He was from Mysore and did not know much about pondicherry. He just showed two things and then back to hotel. I had done my own research and was finding out things for him to show us. Was a very very dissapointed in how this was handled. I also tried pinging the travel agent when I was there so that the driver could talk to someone local. But, there was not much response. I should get a refund on the local sightseeing part for this trip since it was the worst of all times ever.
