Had best experiences with cab and driver. Enjoyed most @ Yelagiri and Pondicherry; average experience @ Chennai and Mahabalipuram Wonderful memories of Yelagiri and Pondicherry. Received the best driver and cab so far !

It was overall a pleasant experience

Room services were not great at hotels. On weekends for 29 rooms only 1 attendant was available at hotel Mamalla inn in Mahabalipuram. Hotel Priso in Pondicherri was 20km away not at all good location. hotels were not 3stars felt like 2 stars. Although tourist places were great and covered by cab driver Shiva. Baseline expectations do not get addressed. Hotels, planning could be improved. Swati from sky travels assured that the quality would be improved. Shell museum Mahabalipuram, Mangrove forest at Pichavaram and Nataraj temple at Chidambaram…

The process could have been smooth like the driver should be informed about itenary beforehand. We were visiting Tamil Nadu for the first time so driver should be assigned someone who can talk hindi or english, we were unable to communicate hence had lots of confusion. Also please make sure that hotels are neat and clean. The hotel room provided by hotel at Rameshwaram and kanyakumari were low standard and unhygienic

Hotel Le Royal Park has really a great ambience. Only thing is the services for both at restaurant and in room dining is slower. We drove with Prithviraj, he was polite, amiable & friendly. The only glitch I felt was with the AC of the cab not working as per satisfaction, which caused me rashes. Loved the places of Mahabalipuram, Pondicherry beaches. A healthy, happy family time.

The hotel was not up to the mark. I mean for the money I paid, it really was not worth it. The place and the hotel's surroundings were excellent but the rooms were not very good. A special mention goes to the food which was really fantastic. Overall the trip was nice except that the rooms provided were not to my satisfaction.

It was a wonderful trip fully taken care by the drivers who are best on the route planning. More patience and never hesitate to answer our queries and requirements. The travel organizer didn’t communicate things about our trip properly to the driver and that made some confusion. But still we managed to visit every places on time. There is no delay or missout places as the driver took us everywhere on time. The travel agent was easy reachable. Apart from the site visits, the return via kothagiri brought best memories through our cameras. Very beautiful sceneries up to metupalayam.

I asked for 4 star hotels 3 star hotel room provided to me saying it's a 4 star hotel

Overall experience was good but hotel facilities provided need to be improved a lot.
