I have been with travel triangle for many years. This year I planned a small trip to pondicherry. The hotel was good however, the driver was not up to the mark of travel triangle. He himself was a good person and was trying his best. However, he did not seem to be a good fit for this trip. He was from Mysore and did not know much about pondicherry. He just showed two things and then back to hotel. I had done my own research and was finding out things for him to show us. Was a very very dissapointed in how this was handled. I also tried pinging the travel agent when I was there so that the driver could talk to someone local. But, there was not much response. I should get a refund on the local sightseeing part for this trip since it was the worst of all times ever.

The entire tour was cool...and the service provided by the travel triangle was literally very good... particularly our agent Swathi had been so patience with us in providing good accommodation as per our budget.. finally I thank the pupil of travel triangle for making our trip so memorable... Amazing Trip

Hi, We had nice tour to Pondeiherry with Sky tour and travels provided by TravelTriangle. Overall experience was nice. Few points I would like to put over as, 1. The diver provided on the vehicle was local as he doesn't even understand English or Hindi properly. So Communication was the issue. 2. There was not proper guideline whether we have to give driver's food or not. 3. We were expecting driver which is there on vehicle he should be guide come driver. But he only knew main roads, have very less idea about the tour path. 4. And Agent should provide some extra suggestion about the destinations as guidance. -Pradumna

I booked a trip to south India via TravelTriangle for my parents. All i have to say is it was worth all the money. Swati Arya helped me in organising this trip. She was available all the time for me, her response was always prompt, and on the top her behaviour was absolutely applaudable. The properties and the commutate was perfect. My tour operator was very much helpful. Swati helped me in all aspects of my travel. She arranged all good hotels. Sri Sai Residency in Ooty, Hotel Comfort Zone in Coorg & Hotel Aishwarya in Mysore. Over all behaviour of my driver, Mr.Vikram, was excellent. He helped me arranging all places to be visited very accurately till the end of my travel. Over all very good experience. Karnataka, Andhra forest travel seen all the animals, Vrindavan garden, Tipu Sultan graveyard, Tipu Sultan meuseam, Maharaja palace, different zoo etc.

Excellent organization of the trip by Swati! I will certainly plan my next trip with SKY tours and travels. Driver was very patient and took us safely to all the venues and got us back safely. A huge credit goes to Swati for her nicely organizing our trip

We travelled to Coorg in Oct , 2021 . The travel agent Swati was very patient in designing the trip and made changes whent required. Driver Lokesh was enthusiastic as well and covered all the places well. Purple palm resort is very comfortable and offers a good ambience . This was our 4th trip from travel triangle and we had a lovely experience. We loved spending time in Raja's seat. The view point was beautiful. Also, the resort stay at purple palm with entire family was an experience of a life time.

Our travel agent Swathi provided prompt response as and when required. She was always there to help and she was one of the reason as our trip went well. The Provided cab driver suresh was really a genuine person .he was friendly enough and patient throughout our trip.

It was a very well planned trip..thanks to sky tours and travels, our agent ms.swathi was helpful on call through out the trip whenever needed.hotel and food was awesome (hotel lake view)with a fire place.. location was good.drivers were very friendly and polite ..driver was very good ,but cab smelled of cigarette smoke,so felt little uncomfortable .hoping to continue the same relation with skytours and travels for further bookings. Boating,fire place at hotel,chilling rides

Hotel was not hygienic
