The hotels provided to us in Port Blair were not good. But the entire Havelock program was blissful. I thank our travel agent Megha for all coordination. Radhanagar Beach Elephant snorkeling

Didn't like the way this travel agent were managing. The ferries were chosen to make sure that we spend more time sitting idle than enjoying at beaches. All the beaches in Andaman closes after 5:30. All hotels had check out time 8 or 8:30 am and they have booked ferries at 12 pm or 4pm so that we reach to our destinations around 4 or 7 pm and spend least time. We had to wait at hotel for 3-5 hours doing nothing... and not even inside room....we use to sit at reception this long... No other couple use to wait this much...I guess they have chosen better agents. Also whenever we asked to help us in managing time and ferries we had received straight answers that everything has been booked and nothing can be done now...There was completely zero help given from the agent side. Whenever we reached out to them, a very rude response from them has been received that - "Everyone has to wait out... you should too". I mean what kind of customer relation they are managing. They don't even know how to speak to the customer. While booking the trip they must have informed us about the check out time and ferry time but they haven't informed anything earlier and made us to wait when we were at Andaman.Really disappointed and frustrated...It was our Honeymoon and it was supposed to be relaxing :( :(

I went to Andaman islands for my honeymoon. I am not much satisfied with the services offered by the agency because of following glitches. 1)Ferry that was booked was of substandard quality and suffocating to sit inside. Reason given by agents to me for booking in that ferry was that they got intimation about the trip 2-3 days prior though i planned my trip 1 month prior and made the advance payments as requested. 2)There was some payment due for accommodation at Neil island from travel agency side though i made whole payment to the agency which got cleared after making some calls to the agency. 3) Except cellular jail visit no other points were kept in my itinerary in my 2 days stay at port Blair.

Your agents forget promises that they make to me and when you follow up them they will ask to arrange the things they will promise that they are looking in to it and they will ask to give some time and again they use to forget Your agent ruined my honey moon.you maid us disappointed

Overall my experience was awesome. Satisfied with the services of agency. Houseboat in Alleppey was the best memory of our trip.

I went to a trip to Andaman islands with my family through travel triangle. Travel planning was really good and Megha was really helpful in including the places we wanted to visit in the itinerary. The response i received from travel triangle was quick and fast. There were a few glitches regarding confusion in hotel's name the first day but that got cleared as soon as i talked with Megha. Also at Neil island, we couldn't recognize the agent who came to receive us as he was not holding a placard with a name. Apart from these little setbacks, the overall experience was great! The local agents were helpful as well. And it was a memorable trip thanks to Travel triangle and Megha.

We got a driver who was in his own world. After updating the travel agent about it,there was some improvement and we were able to see some good points. On the last day, he was to show us banglore and also take us for shopping. But we were directly dropped at yehlanka railyway station almost an hour before. Our driver, Mr. Narayan was not friendly at all and also his behaviour was more of a pick and drop and not of a tourist car. We expected him to guide us through our journey. Anyways, all's well that ends well. Though i was not able to take certain things which i had planned to take from banglore as i expected we would be doing shopping in banglore.

I am ok with the service which was provided but few points i am really not happy 1. The driver was good in first two days later he took us to place from where he gets commission and when we don't buy anything he becomes angry and his behavior change. All the politeness is gone and very rude behavior i have received. 2. There was a misunderstanding in the houseboat booking, but later it got resolved. 3. Food in houseboat and Munnar(Breakfast) stay was not good. I was expecting much better services from this agent

It was good but few things should be taken care as while giving options of hotel category of hotel should be same. We should keep Apples with Apples. Banana should not be given as substitue. Itnerary was bit short and one and half day was free without any activity. Where as there were few points which was not part of my iternary and we missed it. We wasted 36 hours which could have been used for some other activity. Or your team should have suggested to cut short my trip from 6 nights to 5 nights. I could have saved time and money both. Sorry i missed to mention that last hotel offered to us was miserable. Far away in some remote area inspite of new construction there was stinking smell in toilet. It didnt had restuarent of its own. I am surprised as weather this information is with you all or not. Name of Hotel was “F Hotel.” Would certainly like to know as why earlier confirmed booking at Hotel Marina Manor was not given to us? Where as Confirmation voucher was mailed to us. Why hotel was changed? Stay at Holiday Inn beach resort at Neil Island was best.
