The hotels booked were below expectation levels, some hotels were so bad that we had to shift rooms because pf either being unclean or booked rooms already being occupied by someone else. The trip was good because of the location and the driver was really nice and helpful. There was no communication post booking and after payment travel agent even provided number of wrong driver.

The holiday was good, the best part was that the cab driver was too good and he managed to show us every beautiful places. The only thing which was not good at all was the hotel and its staff members. It spoiled our mood.

Only houseboat was not up to the mark as 4 star hotels but staff were co-op Munnar hotel and trip plan was awesome

Hello Swati, I had booked a tour package to amazing place in India which is also known as God's own country.Yes,it none other than a trip to the heavenly Kerala.Your tour plan was so well organised and amicably maintained that my honeymoon had become a memorable event for the rest of my life.Though others were of the opinion that Kerala should be visited during the winter but i found the monsoon to be lovely in this God's abode. Overall tour was quite good , but I want to suggest sky tour and travels , they should improve hotel choices , also personally I want to suugest sky tour and travels ,please don't go for hotel back forest for munnar . Kerala means no words..Amazing experience.
