The hotels booked were below expectation levels, some hotels were so bad that we had to shift rooms because pf either being unclean or booked rooms already being occupied by someone else. The trip was good because of the location and the driver was really nice and helpful. There was no communication post booking and after payment travel agent even provided number of wrong driver.

The holiday was good, the best part was that the cab driver was too good and he managed to show us every beautiful places. The only thing which was not good at all was the hotel and its staff members. It spoiled our mood.

Overall tour was quite good , but I want to suggest sky tour and travels , they should improve hotel choices , also personally I want to suugest sky tour and travels ,please don't go for hotel back forest for munnar . Kerala means no words..Amazing experience.
