Kodaikanal is amazing.. we had a great time .. Good : 1. lot of nice places to cover 2. driver was good, polite and helpful. Logesh - he got up early at 5 to drive us to Coimbatore airport. without him, we could have even missed our flight. 3. Hotel - room is good. Not good: 1. there's no network at hotel, even WiFi was not working. 2. Hotel - Food is ok..price is little more. Service is very slow.

Hotel and others were well planned.. Specially want to thank Mr. Sudhanshu for great support... Only down point was the driver.. He was bit negative in attitude and more interested to take us to shopping places from where he can get commissions... Desert camp stay and camel ride in sand dunes..

Rajasthan tour ( 20/01/2018 - 26/01/2018) Trip Review • Cab quality and driver etiquette: The cab provided was of good quality with enough space to accommodate 4 adult travellers. The journey was also smooth and pleasing though we covered more than 2000 kms via road. The driver arrived in airport for pickup on time and his attitude and behaviour throughout the trip was very friendly and pleasing. He cooperated with us and listened to our needs and inputs with attention. Overall our trip was made smooth and comfortable through good quality cab and gentle driver. • Hotel quality and rating: a) Priya Hotel, Jaisalmer: We would highly recommend this hotel for future trips. The hotel was simply awesome with all the required facilities and amenities. The breakfast provided was delicious and of high standard. They surely deserve appreciation and applause. b) Resort Rawla Camp, Jaisalmer: Though the rooms and ambience were good but the food and buffet dinner provided was ordinary and was below standard. They need to improve on this. The hospitality and service was good. c) Hotel ACE, Udaipur: Pathetic. Nothing was working right in that hotel. Would recommend not to consider that hotel for future trips. Blankets and bed sheets provided were dirty, lifts not working, breakfast provided was ordinary, hot water was not available, bathrooms were not kept properly etc. d) Hotel Muskan Palace, Jaipur: Nice Hotel. We were provided quite a big room to accommodate all four of us with all the required amenities. Had a nice experience and would recommend this hotel for future trips. • Sightseeing Coverance Good job done. Almost all the important places were covered during the trip and we collected so many wonderful memories to carry forward. Appreciate that. • One loophole that we like to highlight here is that we have not been communicated earlier that the drop off from Hotel Muskaan to Jaipur Airport was not included in the package. Though we had arranged our own transportation for that but it caused an inconvenience to us at the last moment. It would have been better if we were made aware of this fact earlier. It was mentioned in the itinerary that the driver would drop us off at the Jaipur Airport for our return journey. Overall, appreciate your support in arranging this nice trip and thanks a lot. Do look at the slight loopholes for arranging some more convenient trips for future travellers. Thank You!!!!!

I have booked Jodhpur and Jaisalmer tour through Travel Triangle and verified agent Cargo Travels. The package was well organised by cargo travel. The road trip(Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Jodhpur) further take care by Rajveer. Who was the point of contact for cab service. From Cargo travel MR. Raj was the point of contact and he was very helpful throughout the trip and provided all the help or information on time. I would like to add the hotel " Hotel Silver Line" (Jodhpur) it was worst hotel and service i ever found. Whereas in Jaisalmer it was a pleasure to stay in Hotel "Hotel Priya" and "Rawala Camp san dunes." Where asThe provided car was clean and spacious. The Chauffeur was Manohar Singh. He was very helpful, nice and well known of all the routes. I Highly recommended friends and everyone for "Travel Traingle". I also look forward to seeing Travel traingle in future travel.

 It all started when we chose Travel Triangle somewhere in October as our tour partner for South. I spoke with Raj and was really impressed with the deal he was giving.  I passed the quote to my friends and they had to give affirmative.  It was an all budget package for us. With Raj frequently updating us with the itinerary. He was polite, calm, prompt and to the point. TIMELINE 26th Dec: Mysore  The flight was delayed and our day started too late from Mumbai domestic airport. We reached Bangalore Airport somewhere around 2:30 -3:00 pm with a gentleman holding flier of my name and still had a big smile on his face inspite the delay.  He gave me the plan for the whole journey and introduced us to the captain Mr.Manjunath, fondly called ‘Manju’.  The traveller was very neat and well decorated with fancy interiors. Manju drove us from Bangalore to Mysore and was our driver for the journey. He was polite, supportive, time bound, helpful, skilled and diligent.  Though we were forcing him to take us to Mysore palace, with his superior experience and prompt advice, we visited Vrindavan Garden same day else we could have missed it all.  Post visit to garden he dropped us at the Aishwarya suits, which we found a decent hotel to spend the night. Amenities provided in hotel were up to the mark. 27th Dec: Mysore-Coorg  We visited Mysore Palace and St. Philomena’s Cathedral. He gave us time for shopping Mysore Saree and Mysore Sandalwood despite the fact that we had to reach Coorg the same day.  Manju made sure we feel refreshed with all snacks and tea breaks.  Finishing our lunch, we went to Abbey falls, Raja’s Seat-the famous sunset point.  As we returned to hotel we had dinner nearby. 28th Dec: OOTY  Manju took us to Tibetan Golden Temple.  He drove us to Tamilnadu from Karnataka. We did not take any break in between as we had to reach ‘Madhumalai Forest Reserve’ within time due to his vigilance and quick-wittedness.  We spent around 1500 for 7 people.  Manju was so skilful that we felt really safe crossing 37 hair pin bends  Temperature dropped down as we climbed up the hill. At last we reached our hotel, ‘Hotel Majestic Crown. The hotel had superb interiors, ample of space and royal bathroom.  Food was delicious. 29th Dec: Dodabetta  As we woke up around 6 am, we rushed to the hill station all chilled to 9 degrees. We could see complete Ooty Valley.  We visited Tea Factory, Chocolate Factory and then went for boating in OOTY lake  We did play rifle shooting and archery there and spent almost 2 hours. 30th Dec/ 31st Dec: Road trip to Kodaikanal.  It was 6 hour’s journey we were going to have to reach Kodaikanal.  There we went to the resort named- The Pinnacle.  Resort seemed no less than a heaven from outside. When we reached reception, we were told that we do not have any rooms booked for us. Resort sales team did cancel out our booking due to no response from booking agent (MMT). Though we were asked to wait at reception and resort manager was kind enough to let us have snacks at their restaurant We called our agent Raj and told him about whole scenario and he chased from his end to get things sorted for is. Raj kept us updated throughout and made the booking possible. Things I liked:  Location- you can gaze at complete Kodaikanal city at sunsets and dense cloudes.  Dominos- Food was very expensive but by chance we saw a delivery guy standing at reception. Who really saved us. Things which disappointed me:  Rooms- They are pathetically smaller compared to their name. When you enter room, you see a double bed and that’s it. It feels like that double bed is suffocating in that room. A big NO if you have 3 people sharing room, you will end up crushing 3rd person sleeping on extra bed.  Hotel at Coorg was little disappointment as it made us feel like we are staying at Shopping Centre. Hotel had its own restaurant, which we all felt should be AVOIDED. All waiters working there were confused about menu names and how really it tastes. Adding to it, food tasted below average  Charges- Bonfire, they will charge you for every wood you will use. Food cost were high compared to the quantity.  Unavailability of Wi-Fi  Most of menu items are unavailable.  Food Service is really slow  Rooms were no allotted properly keeping in mind the no of persons and extra bed.  We went there for NYE, and they served us sparkling wine 30ml only if we pay for dinner buffet. It costed us around 450 per person. Food was good. That was a bonus for us only because it was a NYE. You may not get it other time of the year. We left the resort around 7 am to reach Bangalore airport by 7. Though we all were exhausted, we went on hibernation with Manju driving us back safely. We reached airport on time. Flight was as usual delayed for an hour. But overall it was a journey worth cherishing.  It all started when we chose Travel Triangle somewhere in October as our tour partner for South.
