We had an amazing experience at the hotel Deva Maani.. comfortable and good ambience.. The only problem was with the attitude of the cab driver.. He was reluctant to take us anywhere as per our wishes.. The entire trip was planned according to his comfort.. We were always back in the hotel before 5 pm as he avoided evening travels.. he was very much Moody and once when we suggested some change in the plans, his anger was reflected on his driving.. he was quite rash and always was busy on his phone while driving.. This kind of experience demotivates us for our further bookings.. Would request you to share these comments with the travel agency as well and take necessary action.

we have booked Delhi, Haridwar &Rishikesh tour from carlo travels. Haridwar hotel urmi was the best. . But hotel Rishikesh sadan was not up to the mark.. The washrooms were nt clean& no hygiene. Even the food was not good. They served worst food. The same experience we had in Shimla Heritage of Delhi. The food was pathetic.

Over all experience of Rajasthan tour was good. Few hik-ups at hotels related to services and food. But still hotels were good. Cab driver and cab service was very good. Service agents were supportive. In over tour we covered 3 places: 1. jaipur - Hotel Gold Palace & Resort : Wonderful area and garden area, only room service needs little push. Nice view and Enough area to enjoy. Swimming pool is good. 2. Puskar - Hotel Sajjan Bagh & Resort : Rooms were small but well decorated. Swimming pool is good. Kitchen service is not at all good. Doesn't have much garden area. 3. Jodhpur - Hotel Lariya & Resort : Wonderful Hotel. Rooms are very good. Room service is very good. Swimming pool is very good. Food is very good. Garden area is very good.

It was my first trip with travel tringle and Carlo travels. I was bit worried about this trip whether my trip will be good and money will be safe or not . But everything went good , we had made some excellent memories with trip. Thank you so much for this. And I must say Well planed trip . Good driver , car , hotel and sightseeing and all the services are very good. *Pardon for my bad English. Always check the full week weather forecast before you go somewhere.

This being my 3rd trip planned with Travel Triangle, I feel TT reduces so much of headache that goes into planning. The trip was completely hassle-free . The driver was very co-operative and nice. Once the trip starts, you absolutely don't have to worry about anything. Only one thing I would like TT to improve is to help reduce the to and fro communication between the requirements and the suggestions. It would be better if all the required details are asked in the first go itself.

We had an excellent trip to coorg and mysore. Travel triangle supported well with suggestions in location , payment process and arrangements. We were so excited after reaching mysore.Driver was very friendly and guided us through many interesting places. Had enough time to visit every place. Hotels were neat and clean. Good food was served at the hotel. Memorable trip. We enjoyed well.

Agent had mentioned regarding the complimentary toy train ticket of 1st class but on the day of toy train visit tickets were not arranged and even the driver was unaware of it.At the last moment after waiting for almost 2 hours driver bought us the ticket of general class.This is how the agent made false promises to the clients and at the last moment clent feels cheated.The agent cheated us barely for 200 rs that hardly matters to us providedly it was not misleaded by the agent.It not only spoiled our journey but also left a bad and negative impression of agent and travel triangle.

Driver and car was very good. But driver took 300rs extra charge for night pickup. I have already told travel agent that pickup was in night and he told that you don't have to pay any extra amount other than packege cost . But driver still took extra charges.

The Travel arrangement provided is as promised and the facilities are better than the expectation. Accommodation : - Stay at Sultan Desert camp, Jaisalmer is good but the quality of meal "Rajasthani Thali" is not good. Stay at Leisure inn, Jodhpur is very pleasant. Cab : - The Taxi is clean and well maintained. The Driver is polite and he managed the trip timings very well. Agent Service : - The coordination in starting is very good but there was lack in communication as Driver does not know the Desert camp and we were somewhat confused. Though later on we managed to find out exact place after discussion. Overall i will rate trip experience as Good.... So way to go ahead..!!
