The Jaipur-Agra-Delhi trip was planned awesomely by Carlo travels. It was 7 days long trip including my 8 years daughter to 72 years father, but we never felt tired. There was an issue with regards to breakfast billing but they resolved it in no time on just a call.

places are okkk.not as per our expectations.but hotels are good. parampara resort ,s are not as much as we think. But good. ooty weather is awesome. Enjoyed lot . Fern hill was also good. Value for money. Enjoyed breakfast . Food at the quantum is awesome. Hospitality was also good. Missed night stay of Mysore.

That was 4 days Rajasthani trip. Carol travels kept its promise of making the entire tour memorable, from the day 1, all our needs and arrangements where done without any issues ., Mr.Rajveer was in constant touch with us during our entire stay. It will be unfair from my part if I don't mention about our driver Mr.Surendra . He was such a kind person, and he had a very good local knowledge. He helped us getting good local guide for site seeing. And some time he himself acted as a guide for us. Most enjoyed part was when he took us to the local purchasing.(not the place which specially meant for tourists). Apart from little old Innova cab(" can be ignored") ( just because of cranky noise) entire journey was enjoyed. The best of all is .... Nice local tea on the road side. Thanks Surendra. I doubt if I can get such a taste else where.

Hotel in Delhi is not up to the mark. Lift is not working and room service is very bad. Hotels at Agra is very good. Hotel in Jaipur is good. Watching Tajmahal and riding on elephant are the best memories in our trip.

There were some initial hitches with my bookings as the agreed itenary were sold out once the payment was made but post that it was a smooth ride with Carlo travels. Only recommendation would be to be more careful and confirm about property avialbility before final bookings. A special mention for the cab service that they had provided 'South Tourism'. They were absolutely professional, disciplined and had a amazing fleet. Our driver Mr.Sridhar was very nice, he had hands on knowledge of all roads and and was very courteous. Would recommend Carlo travels to provide services from South Tourism to all their clients.

The agent was good in following up before the tour and the process was well defined. We traveled to Chikmagalur and Mysuru, it was a good experience however the driver wasn't communicating frequently to us. It was mostly one word answer so wasn't comfortable most of the times. Adding to this, the hotel was good but not great, few probs which wasn't fixed till the end. Overall good but not great.
