Thank you Carlo Travels for making good experience with you for travelling in mysore and ooty. The cab driver provided by you (Mr. naveen bhavsar) was very polite and helpful . The hotel suggestions provided by him was best. It was total worth to travel with so kind driver. My parents were very happy by his behaviour. Thumbs up to the driver. Had good time in ooty and he helped us a lot.

All over our trip was good but only 1night stay in Jodhpur we had very bad experience in my whole life it was never happen with me , when we reached Jodhpur hotel we got the room n we had checkin at 6:30 pm n we went at market n for dinner but I got a call from hotel reception at 11:30 pm n saying hotel room which was booked it’s not on my name means our booking was not done there only through agent ... then I spoke to agent they said our booking is there but hotel reception they are saying it’s not there so finally our booking was not there in same hotel which agent had given us the hotel voucher..., I was very in trouble bcoz my family was with me with kids n it was 1am mid night n agent is saying will give u other hotel n tht time I said ok ,so when tht hotel was also so bad AC was not working properly then also we ménage to stay tht night ...,it was not good hotel ., I just wanted to tell when agent gives u booking hotels voucher then it shld be same hotel, do confirmed the hotel after u received vouchers... bad experience with Carlo Treval! Driver was good n very safety

Very upset to say bad condition of hotel Avalon lots of insects and rooms beds not cleaned up proper timing was not allotted while arriving in Delhi so I have paid extra charges for the same and more inconvenience caused Places that was given in the lists were fully not covered if that is the case never give customers a false promises

We had an overall good experience. The trip was organized well in terms of driver and the accommodation provided. We enjoyed the beautiful palaces and forts.

Good tour package bit needs improvement as some issues in smooth execution. Coorg

Though it was a good trip, there were quite few complaints like car driver was uncooperative in the starting 2 days. Agency at the last moment could not provide safari for Ranthambore national park which was biggest complaint from us. Due to that one whole day was wasted and missed Jaipur in our trip. Hotels were not that great particularly in Delhi. They could not provide us basic services. Same in Ranthambore, they didnt even provide drniking water bottles in the rooms.

We planned a golden triangle trip with Carlo travels to cover Delhi, Mathura, Agra and Jaipur for a period of 5 days. The price offered for this trip was reasonable. The hotel at Delhi (Ark of Avalon) was situated at a bad location with awful restaurant. Hotel at Agra was very nice with spot-on location. Hotel at Jaipur was good in terms of room and restaurant but however the location was too far from the city. Carlo travels need to have better coordination with driver. He had absolutely no idea of our itinerary and the places to cover. He was reluctant to cover all the places owing to the fact that he need to pay parking charges from his pocket. We had to persuade him to take to all the places. At the end of the trip driver expects to pay a hefty tip as if he did a great job of showing us all the places.

Driver was very nice.. Bt the senior level people chng thr words aftr doing the bookings Prior booking they are so sweet like u dnt worry ill manage and then they behave so rude and chng thr words.. Sme guy named Nishant was rude and evn Sudhanshu Driver & Hotels Wer Best

There was not proper coordination between the travel agent and the cab provider ...The issue of cab and travel agent should be solved among themselves... customer should not have any problem due to them... Ark of Avalon hotel was good..but its restaurant service was poor... Overall it was a good trip..but could had been better...Carlo travels agent Mr. Raj sharma guided us properly...

Except hotel at Jaipur and cab driver rest things of trip was awesome. Jaipur hotel was average and it doesn't have proper lights at night. Very disappointed. Only good thing it was near to Amer fort. However Udaipur stay was good which is near to city palace. Another disappointed thing was cab driver, on first day we missed our flight and we started our trip in night instead of morning. We visited chowki dhani and for the same driver has demanded money after our trip was ended as he stated agent has deducted money because chowki dhani was in our iternery. We booked cab for 5 days and one day we haven't use car then too such demand for money for just 80km was foolishness. driver has used car for his personal use as he went to his home many times however we didn't bothered. Worst experience with travel triangle.

Hotel is good but need to improve in service Driver politeness and professional behavior. Jiwan Hotel is good for stay. But The Sun Park Hotel is not at par to Jiwan Residency

whenever one books a trip, one should understand the basic needs of his family. the rooms booked by carlo travels were fixed by the hotel owners & they generally do not offer you the choice. sometimes we remain dissatisfied with the quality of the room being provided. the driver provided to us was good, communication from carlo travels is weak, where they can improve. because of the nishant & aditya i remained relaxed. these two persons from travel triangle took care of our querries even in the diwali. thanks team travel triangle.
