It was memorable trip but experience could have been much better. Hotel location is good, food quality is much better however it wasn't 4 star property at all. We had to change room twice due to water leakage issue in bathroom.

My Trip to Karnataka and Tamil Nadu was awesome. Arrangements are done so nicely. All hotels provided by travel agent was good. My cab driver was very supportive and he was very well aware about places to be visited. He was punctual and suggested some good restaurants for lunch and dinner. I had booked recently a trip to Rajasthan (Jodhpur,Jaislmer etc) with them. There were good and the bad part. Good part was from the agent's end they try to be active and communicative, also help in every possible customization for the trip. The bad part being the driver itself who remain with you throughout the trip. In my case driver was either uninformed about the whole plan or pretended to be, he was opinionated and keep giving his input on things where he was not invited. Also, the agent didn't pay in full for one of my hotel stay and the hotel staff keeps reminding me for that and otherwise they ask me to pay for that. Although after communicating that to my travel agent, the issue got resolved. But these things needs to be taken care in advance for the smooth experience.

It was over all great experience. CARLO did their job good. Raj Sharma was very cooperative & courteous. i highly recommend this agency. Treebo Trend Vrundavan at Madikeri offered much less dishes for breakfast. Linens were not fresh. They were not giving toiletries on their own. They said it was Treebo policy. They were not having even shower cap & soap cake. They wanted only liquid soap to be used. No doubt, rooms were spacious & most staff was courteous. Sunflower was value for money. Driver was demanding commission from every shop we visited.

It was a good trip with a great driver. But had some dissatisfaction with the way the travel agent from Carlo travels supported. The check-in timings of the hotels are not mentioned in the voucher because of which had to pay an extra amount as we reached early before the check-in time. I have also sent my flight tickets to the agent well before to plan the schedule accordingly. They should have informed me before itself regarding the same.

This was for a trip to Delhi Agra and Haridwar. Overall experience is good. Cab and driver are excellent. Hotel in Delhi (Hill palace) is a bit disappointment. Very small rooms and breakfast quality is poor. But the one in Haridwar (Urmi) is great. Overall had a nice trip. Thank you.

Cab is good. Hotels are fine except the Ark of Avalon in Delhi. There are many Oyo rooms in Mahipalpur. You might opt for that. That's my feedback. Bit long journey. Otherwise trip is nice. Amristar Golden temple, Ratong Pass, Kulu water rafting, Manali and Delhi Qutumbinar.

Cab and driver service was very good. The hotel which was assigned in coorg was not proper. So i requested to agent to change the hotel but he refused and denied to change the hotel. His behaviour was very rude and not friendly Nice places covered in the trip. Iternany need to be in sequence which was not in sequence
