Cab driver wasn't paid in advance of the trip because my last payment was due on the first day of the trip.Didnt know the logic.Even after I got into the cab ,the driver still finds difficulty economically for fuel charges which inturned was tough for we as traveller. The accommodation at Mangalore(Hotel Karuna Residency) was awesome ,their Ambiance was lovable.Even though I lost an item after checking out from that place & reaching back home,their response made me happy when asked for the same.

Hotel Moriz madikeri was very unhygenic. I do not recommend this hotel for family. The quality of breakfast was very poor. The service was pathetic. They provide the same bedsheet to the guest which was used by the previous guest without washing them. Overall hotel quality was unsatisfactory. The cab driver was awesome, we had a nice time in the trip. Except the hotel, rest everything was fine.

Pros of this trip is its in budget and places we visited is according to our choice and great deal was given and we were shown everything we like to visit cons of the trip driver don't know places we visited and hotel check in was not a seamless experience apart from that From Carlos travels to TT agent Jyothi and the driver all were helpful during the trip and they helped a lot making our trip so memorable we thank them a lot for such a good trip Best memories were in coorg and chikmangulur hill stations and water fall in chikmamgulur

Carlo travellers provided good service and quote. They quoted that breakfast will be included in package but at hotel - Parampara Residency, Coorg, there was no breakfast facility still they adjusted the breakfast amount without any hassle. The only thing which was not okay - Parampara Residency, Coorg location, actually Carlo is supposed to tell us and suggest the location. after all it was good experience booking with them.

Thanks a lot. Our Nainital tour is concluded without much issues except the car and te driver. The driver was well behaved but he was NOT familiar with the area due to which we had to waste lot of time. It took approx 11 hours to reach Ranikhet, we therefore, had to skip all sightseeing there. The brakes of the Innova failed which would have led to major disestor if it happened on hills. The brake pads were found badly worn out, Which could have been replaced at the time of its routine service, which would be happening every 10/15 days on the basis of its running. Hotel Corbett View Resort is too Good for its cottages & Sevices
