It was a extremely disgraceful experience. To begin with the hotel in Mysore was not up to the stated standard but it was adjustable still there was issue with regards to extra bed. Then in coorg a family of 3 with 2 female member was given a home stay instead of a hotel that too in a remote location. When contacted the travel assistant Mr. Sharma, he was extremely rude and did not listen to the situation that it was nearly impossible for us to stay in such a place due to which we had to search for another hotel at night and pay for the charges. Despite paying for the entire trip in Advance there was issue with respect to Diesel charges and finally the hotel in Ooty was not in the city but a distance away from Ooty. The trip overall was extremely disappointing with lot of problems and non redressal of the customer issues. This displays a very poor customer service. Will not recommend this to anyone. It was a waste of money and efforts. It was a extremely disgraceful experience

The hotel was super awesome even the staff was supportive. Our travel agent Mr. Raj Sharma was always responsive & very much helpful throughout. The driver Mr. Muni was also very helpful & took us to many new places. The hotel was superb.

We had a great tour to ooty organized by carlo travels. Cab, driver, hotel everything was perfect. Driver was very helpful and professional.

I am very satisfied with your arrangements. The selection of hotels were very satisfactory. The ambience & quality of stay at Palm Era Resort in Coorg.

Stay arrangement was good but safari arrangement made us very disappointed. And that's why our further plan got changed. Although resort (in Ranthambhore) was better and their food quality and service was really good. But their is no proper road (from main road) to reach the resort.

Carlo Travels: Travel Triangle provided good quote (value for money) and Vendor (Carlo Travels). Pre-Sales and cordination was good. I booked for 9 days trip. Hotels: In couple of hotels I faced issue on booking- In one hotel booking name was on some awkword booking id and hence I had to coordinate with Carlo travels executive and got resolved; In second hotel- Carlo travels mistakenly didn't book the hotel on the date and then arranged other hotel immediately. Cab/Driver: Overall Experience with Cab Driver and Cab was good.

Hotels were good but service was very poor. travel agent not shared iternary with Driver so he was not aware about what is covered in trip on the first two days. Jaisalmer In Sultan camp and dessert Safari.

Hotel is not chosen good. Mukteshwar

Travel agent should be in touch with customer till they leave their destination. Instead of showing interest in payment on time you should also talk to customer after they reach travel place which is not at all followed by your travel agent . I'll never recommend your travels.
