We had to really call the travel agents for arranging this trip as they use to always call us before they were about to shut the office and leave.. The food on the second day of the hotel lead to stomach infection to most of their customers.. kindly review the hotel before you agree to stay Cab driver was very reliable and cooperative. The transport was very well arranged

Agent are lackadaisical about customers. Until I call them, they did not come up with driver details, They did not even book room for me untill I reach hotel . Very bad service.

Hotel Vishnu palace was really good. But hotel in Nainitaal was equally bad in service food and comfort. I would not recommend the hotel royal rosette for any family or friends. Driver was really professional and good.

Awesome trip No words to express...travel agent has suggested the best hotel n places.we enjoyed alot.much more to go with carlo travels....had a great time in coorg..coorg jungl backwatwr resort is the awesome resort with live music,complimentary bf,dinner & boating in lake.we been to almost all the places in coorg ....that was the wonderful journey.
