I had booked year end trip to Rajasthan via Carlo Travel and the experience is shared below...... Hotels booked were really good, Food was good, Itinerary was good. Major concern was the Car and driver which screwed our entire trip. Car promised was ETIOS but was compromised with Swift Desire also the driver was changed without information. The driver was good by nature but his driving skills and car handling was so bad that he use to drive at the speed of 40 - 50 on national highway open roads and we had to constantly tell him to please move fast due to which our travel journey extended by 3 to 4 hours every where.... :( On the very 3rd day the car broke down with puncture without any stepney..... On the 5th day it again broke down with some air filter for which the driver had no clue and the car was running with the speed of 20 on national highway..... :) after co-ordinating with the carlo agent Mr Harshvardhan he personally came and visited us and solved the car problem (Removed the air filter it seems) which was very appreciable. But the driver was still a pain for us as it didn't seemed to be an experience one, He had no information on any roads or locations where ever we went apart from Udaipur as he was from Udaipur and was fully dependent on our GPS. A driver is more or less like a guide for for every passengers and if this kind of driver is there then think what we have gone through. Please do not send such drivers to any customer .....

Hotels were good. camp tent was decent but hygiene could improve. We were assured single driver but that changed mid way. First driver was always in hurry and got irritated when he had to wait as we had an infant and 4 senior citizens. Second Driver was good. No coordination among Traven agent service. Driver changed as they had foreign client which was "more important" than us domestic clients. Even after repeated notice 2nd cab came without an overhead luggage carrier and wasted our time. The local team had no information and there was lack of coordination. Have expected travel agent services cell to be professional which was clearly lacking. Jaisalmer fort and camel cart ride.

Carlo Agent Review This is my first booking with Carlo Travel and these are the Pros and Cons Pros 1. Good follow up with the quotes and prompt response. 2. Summarized the itinerary and listed the places to visit. 3. Once confirmed, did the prompt hotel booking and confirmed. 4. Good communication Cons 1. Lack of coordination between agency and the local cab agency. I was promised Swift Desire / Toyota Etios but instead was provided with an old Ford Fiesta. This vehicle broke down within 35 km and I had to request for an alternative vehicle. After multiple phone calls I was provided with a replacement. But this left with a sour start to our trip. 2. I was following up with agency for local Cab driver details but this was not even provided 1 day in advance. It was only given 12 hrs in advance by that time I have started my trip. 3. The local cab driver had communication problem. His command over other languages lie English, Hindi, Tamil or Malayalam was minimal. 4. The trip didn't go as per the itinerary. In fact the driver was not even aware what all places were mentioned in the itinerary. I have missed many spots mentioned in the Itinerary due to this. 5. Local Cab agency / driver was not aware of the inclusions and exclusions of the package. They were not aware that the charges for tolls, parking etc were already included in my package. 6. On my onward journey to Coorg the driver took us through local roads to avoid paying the TOLL fees and hence took 2 hrs to cover 35 km. From the start we were requesting him to look for an accommodation for us to freshen up but he kept saying it is in outskirts of Bangalore. Later it was understood that nothing was planned in advance and he was looking for hotel to freshen up. I have seen budget accommodation in bangalore for Rs 500 for 1 day but didn't book it as I thought the driver will be the best person to handle such local cases. In the end I ended up paying Rs 1500/- for 1 hr freshen up.. Overall - Bad coordination between Carlo Travels and local Cab agency. This need tremendous improvement. As we are booking package they should take ownership of providing all details in advance to us and also to the Cab agency. All inclusion and exclusions should be shared with the local cab agency and driver should be updated with the itinerary. And due to all hardships I faces I am going to recommend Carlo Travels as the last option to opt. Travel Triago Review The only positive thing is I received multiple quotes. But the assistance given by Advisor was not good. When I didn't receive the cab details on time I have alerted her. But there was no follow up or response from her. Whats the use of opting this website if your Advisor is of no help!! Overall not too satisfied but would still try another time. I hope I will be tagged with a better Advisor next time

Overall good but u have trained ur bus driver. He is driving good but other then there is a poor service. He left from hotel at 7 pm. After that I have book rickshaw or cab. That affects ur services. Hotels are good. Ur adviser is also good. I m happy with this tour and services ..

The travels guys were really helpful. Driver was good and took us around as requested along with the precooked itenerary. Overall had a great trip. The hotel rooms in Delhi was tiny. Agra hotel was great. Jaipur hotel disappointed a little. Even though booked from a well known chain, I think it was overbooked or the rooms were old needing some maintenance. The breakfast was great though. Carlo travel were quick to respond in case of 2 issues that we faced, even though o reached out after 10:30 pm and before 8:00 am in both cases. Overall I would recommend them

About the trip: pros-The trip was great. The driver was also quite good and helpfull in every way. The car, places visited and trip planning was also nice. The hotel at Bikaner was excellent. It was even a new experience in the Rojani tent with the camel ride and evening folk program adding to its flavour. Cons: But Hotel Omni plaza was not up to the mark. A family room was booked, but they laid two mattresses on the floor. It was quite difficult for my old parents to lie there. Moreover there was no more space left in the room. There is also no supply of hot water in the evening. Some of the hotels were complete veg which I think should not be biased. jaisalmer- sum, Bikaner hotel, Mehrangarh fort, Amer fort

Trip was very well planned. Everything was perfect. Just the journey from Bangalore to Ooty was a bit hectic. Should have taken halt at Mysore. Trip to Shooting point and Tea Garden

Very happy with driver mr Mukti, hotels except udaipur hotel were very poor specially jaipur hotel royal. Udaipur city palace visit, lake visit and staying in hotel in udaipur.

This is the first time I booked a trip through Travel Triangle and that too for my parents and aunt. Among 3 of the travellers, 2 are senior citizens. So since booking, I was little worried about the services as we, youngsters can cope up with any situation, but for elders, it is little difficult. However, after the trip, I realized one thing that holiday plan with Travel Triangle is always safe and probably the best. Jegender M N coordinated with me till the end of the trip, even in odd hours of the day to ensure that my family enjoys a perfect vacation. It will be unwise if I only mention about Travel Triangle because the actual service was extended by its verified agent, Carlo Travels. It was 8 days Rajasthan Trip covering Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Udaipur. A fabulous itinerary plan offered and perfectly executed by Carlo Travels at very reasonable rate. Their hotel bookings were excellent. I would like to mention about two incidents, rather discripencies from hotel management. In Jodhpur and Udaipur, the hotel management denied to accept that breakfast is included in our booking although it was clearly mentioned on hotel booking vouchers. My father contacted Raj, the concerned person from Carlo Travels regarding the issue and the problem was solved instantly. I am really impressed with their prompt service. And last but not the least, the driver from Carlo Travels was really really a very good person, an honest and friendly man, guiding my parents in the best possible way to make them feel comfortable throughout the trip. Overall the trip was excellent and my family is very happy with Carlo Travels and Travel Triangle. I am really thankful to both of you for such a great holiday package and also accept this as a thanksgiving message on behalf of my family. I would like to recommend Travel Triangle and Carlo Travels to everyone for any kind of trip. The best memories were in Jaipur and Jodhpur.

Awesome driver and hotel.best..

Thanks for arranging the wonderful trip to Coorg & Wayanad. The arrangement was simply awesome and also the property in Coorg (Deeva Mani) & Wayand (Pappys Nest) was very beautiful. The trip arranged by Raj & Carlo travels was well organized and specially not to forget but the driver was very humble and cooperative and have covered all the placed in a very nice manner. Overall satisfied with the trip arranged and carrying memories for life.
