(2 nights)As per package details, the hotel team should greet us with a welcome drink which they haven't done and we opted for honeymoon package(2 glasses of hot milk, bed decoration, cancel light dinner and cake for 1500 extra to the overall package).Only cake was provided to us and no bed decoration as well.On the 2nd day early morning when we mentioned there was no candle light dinner arranged then they mentioned 2nd day evening they will arrange.Candle light dinner oh my god, we never had this kind of candle light dinner in our life, they kept 2 candles on the table and switched off the lights. No table decoration, no cloth on the table, just the general dinner they provid at the hotel which is part of the package.TV without dish connection and when we complained they were like the month pkg got over we reactivated and it will work tomorrow which didn't work.No WiFi - there is some issue with the router as per the hotel management.Clean bathrooms.Shimla - Hotel Tikker (3 nights)30kms away from the city.Rooms are good however no windows or exhaust fans.Day1 - TV dish is not working however they resolved it in 30mins by replacing the setup box.Geyser is not working in the room so they checked for almost 30mins and they were not able to resolve so they provided a different room in the next floor.In the new room the geyser is working but no water and to fill the water tanks they took 1hr.When we mentioned that we are getting late then they went and got us 2 buckets of hot water.Food is ok, we cannot go out and have as you won't find anything on the road because it is 30kms away from the city.Bathroom does not have any window or exhaust fan and due to that your room will stink if you does not open the balcony room door and it is difficult to keep it open all the times.Brand new Cab and the driver Sonu who guided us with all the near by sightseeing places, explaining about all the local places, tradition and culture etc.Snow Hill view from the hotel valerian.
