any's driver was rude and not cooperating as guide. They have given a childish non professional guide, he used to play game and driver was always on call with her GF. His driving was very rash. Both were not respecting as tourists and showing high attitude. Sushmita didn't book hotels with view, Darjeeling hotel room was on top floor and no lift for 3 floors. Hotel Mandala has 8 floors and lift is only for 5 floors. Room was also dirty, smelly and has hotel food. They haven't guided proper when I was booking hotel 2 months ago, they didn't tell that we have to book stream engine in advance. We struggled alot , they have refused to refund money as compensation. We would not recommend this travel agent.
