Really loved the service by travel designer specially Ms. Farah has constantly followed up with me and made sure we reached safely each time. Secondly the hotels were very nice food offered was very good. Hotel staffs were very humble. the driver given by them was also very well mannered.

Farah and team have done good job... vehicles were in time and hotels , house boats provided were very comfortable and good...Local sight seeing at Pahalgam could have planned better... its not possible to visit aru valley, betab in half day... Moghal garden, house boat and Shankaracharya temple

We booked for 6 nights 7 days tour and our destination was Srinagar. Overall trip was great. Little disappointment with on trip co-ordination and the cab. We were told that non AC cab would be fine but if we need AC we can pay 300 INR per day to use AC. As we travelled in the month of July, it was hot and we asked driver to switch on the AC but to our surprise there was no ac in the cab, later we came to know there was no music system as well. Driver was good throughout the tour but on the very last day he was in a bad mood that too without any reason (may be he was expecting a good tip from our end) Hotels were fine except one. Overall experience was good I would love to thank entire team of Travel Designer for the hospitality and efforts.

Only Pahelgum hotel service and hotel cleaning is bad . Other than all service is good . Locality also helpfull always guide proper manner . Thanks Aminaji and Javed ......... Bye Bye........ We travelled to kashmir on 9th june to 13 june. initially the things started not well. We were offered hotel Malad which was very conjusted and tighty without AC rooms. We refused to take the booking than our agent Ms Farah gets arranged into their another hotel Royal Malad. There we got room on 4th flooor and lift was not working for 2days. We accepted it and got into room. Food quality was superb throught our stay. Manager of hotel Mr Fahid was very cooperative. We got timely cab service from Mr Javed throught out five days. I would recommend this travel agent Ms Farah for managing our trip starting to end with complete responsibility. Thanks for the entire arrangement.

It was an amazing trip. Thanks travel triangle to make it possible on such resonalble rates. Apple garden in pahalgam, gulmarg route, sonmarg zero point adventures, Srinagar shikara ride, baisaran pony ride and many more.

We had gone for a 6D/5N family trip - me, my parents and my grandmother under the travel agent 'Travel Designers'. CAB & DRIVER: The Cab provided to us was Chevrolet Tavera. The driver that was provided to us by our travel agent was NOT GOOD. My mom actually wanted me to give him a rating of '-1' but the option wasn't available. He was not at all entertaining, always looking out for his own benefit and commission, and commanding. I won't mention his name, but the services provided by him were utterly unsatisfactory and we were extremely unhappy and disappointed by it. Also, the temporary cab driver we had at Pahalgam was much better than the cab driver provided to us by our travel agent for 6N/5D. The provision for changing the cab driver should have been provided and allowed. ACCOMMODATION: The accommodation provided by them was top-notch. The one issue we had was that 2 out of our 4 hotels were at a height and my grandmother was travelling with us. So she had to climb on many stairs. Also, we had an accommodation of 2 days at a hotel in Srinagar. The accommodation was good but the TV was not working in my room but was working in my parents room. FOOD: The breakfast and dinner were provided to us under the package. The food was extremely good and we were satisfied by the meal service provided by the hotels. I will rate the food service as 4.5/5 overall for all hotels. Pahalgam is Dreamland. Please do visit Pahalgam if you decide for a trip to Kashmir. It's absolute heaven.

As the Bus assigned for the trip had some problem the rearranged bus(Katra to Jammu) was no good enough. Though the original bus the have arranged are very good. But unfortunately we got that bus for one day only. Food quality at boat house is to be improve a little.

Thanks Farah for all the arrangements during the entire trip, our experience with cab driver is not that great and he does not listen to our words. Hospitality and food in Meadows, Gulmarg is the best and it is pathetic in Hotel Milad, Srinagar and Pahalgam retreat. Couples should carry extra 20k to enjoy all the activities in Sonmarg, pahalgam & Gulmarg. I personally feel these cab drivers have setting with some shopkeepers, his name is Javed and he used to stop only at designated shops assigned to him. I personally do not encourage this kind of cheap tricks. Overall it is not a great trip but it is satisfactory.

Food quality at hilltop , Gulmarg and Mughal Sheraton House boat was pathetic. Time constraint was also there at House boat for dinner and breakfast and He refused to provide breakfast at 7.30 morning as our flight was at 10.00 from srinagar. There was no candle light dinner and cake provided by the travel agent during the trip as it qas mentioned in the package. So over all average service provided by the travel agent . Cab driver was good and friendly in nature. Trip to Pahalgam was the best part of it and Baisaran is best place to visit ....
