All the things were perfect except the travel agent. He does not even make a cal after getting advance payment.

Everything was great..But power it was a very big problem because of which there was a problem with heaters in the room and hot water..Or else everything was gud..One thing that should have been informed before was the amounts being collected at Sonamarg and pahalgam for sight seeing.. Gulmarg was worth it..Prices were very high for everything.. Except feeling tooo cold experience was Awesome.. Kashmir is beautiful

Very good experince with Travel Designer.Very good service. Cab driver is awesome.Thajwas glaciar trip was awesome n also House boat.

except the houseboat and hotel khaleel palace, services at all the other hotels were average. somewhere food was not good then at some places hot water was an issue. at hotel regency both the manager and the service person was horrible. there was no hot water. we even felt he was not in the ryt conscious. out of all the hotels this one was the worst. driver was great. He is one the best people we met in the entire trip. not only entertaining but also very sweet, respectful and polite. person at houseboat was also great.
