Had an awsum time ... The agent Farah ma'am were v helpful throughout the trip .. she had gone a mile more to provide comfort in midst of tensions of ongoing issues at the place... I will definitely recommend travel designer to family n frnds... Also to mention the driver Shakeel was too helpful everywhere.. Thanks guys for the lovely trip and see you back soon

It was wonderful experience to have Ms Saba take care of every minor detail of the trip. Will surely like to visit and recommend them to my friends and family visiting Kashmir. Consistent snowfall for 3 days was awesome!!

very good services and very cooperative

Travel designers are the best agents, so cooperative specially Miss Farha and Mr. Abid has provided very good services. The hotels were selected by me but one of them was not having good heating felicities as I visited Kashmir in December but they immediately change my whole plan to suite my requirements and that was very amazing, even I had issue with money transfer and they helped me with that also these people are amazing, I fell in love with Kashmir. The driver was also good but very quite person.

If you are travelling to Kashmir during winter for the first time then I pen down my experience (In Detail) for you here.. Travel date - Jan 16th to Jan 19th Before my review thanks to Travel Designers for making such wonderful trip possible.. Saba the best coordinator and Shakeel Bhai the best driver who made this trip worth enough by being with us in every step till this trip ended.. Day 1: A warm (Chilled) welcome with 0 degrees outside and as we stepped out of aircraft and snowfall showered on us and that's how the trip started.. Followed by that our driver was waiting outside with placard. Greetings from him and we started our trip.. Visited couple of gardens that were mesmerizing with snow all over and snow fall making the photos look dashing.. Next stop was on the banks of Dal lake where a shikara (Boat) came for us to drop us in the house boat for our day 1 night stay.. Day 1 Stay at House boat: We had the booking in "Mughal Sheraton" - One of the finest there.. Clean and well maintained interiors and awesome view of the lake was a memorable experience.. We were greeted by Akbar who took complete care of us. We took an hour break before we went on a shikara ride for an hour do some local shopping. We had an awesome hot tasty dinner before day 1 was over with the stay in the boat.. Day 2 : We checked out of houseboat and proceeded towards Gulmarg. This is the most costliest place in Srinagar so be prepared to spend as they are going to be memorable experience for you and a help for those who are going guide you there.. The vehicle stops at a certain point beyond which chained vehicles are only allowed. Our driver helped us for a chained vehicle along with a guide (so that you don't get carried away by other people) After you reach on top people will be there to make you sit on hand pulled sledge for the entire time you spend in Gulmarg.. Try to negotiate with them but give a decent amount as they are really HARD Workers in that cold climate.. Enjoy there by skiing as it's an amazing experience followed by Gondola (Phase 1) and our guide helped me in negotiation of price and getting Gondola ride tickets and have a breathtaking view from Gondola ride and come back.. The amount I had spent for 2 people after negotiation is here.. You can try for better rates.. 1.Hiring Chained Vehicle - 1600 2.Guide charge - 800 3.Hand pulled Sledge for 2 people including 1 helper - 4700 4.Skiing for 2 people - 4000 5.Gondola for 2 people - 1500 6.Hiring Gum Boots and Jackets - 600 After day 2 we checked in at Hotel Rose Petal after an awesome experience at Gulmarg.. Day 3: After having a heavy breakfast we headed to pahalgam while we purchased dry fruits on the way.. We reached pahalgam by about 1pm as it's takes around 2 hours from Srinagar.. Enjoy breathtaking view while reaching pahalgam.. Pahalgam is to be covered by horse ride.. Again negotiate with them for the best price depending on the number of points you want to see.. We had spent around 5500 for covering 5 points for 2 people.. Baisaran point is mandatory - Mini Switzerland in India.. Enjoy hot snacks on top of mountain when the temperature is less than 0, take awesome pics and reach the parking lot by horse in 3 to 4 hours.. So we had one more awesome day at pahalgam and reached our hotel by 7pm. Day 4: Final day of trip.. We woke up and as soon as we peeped out of the window we could see see the snowfall once again and it was cinematic.. We didn't have much plans for the day but was sort of thrilling till the end as we had flight in the afternoon.. So checked out and we started to airport after seeing the scenic beauty of Dal lake and after some shopping we reached the airport and it ended well as our flight was also on time.. We bid adieu to Srinagar from the skies for giving us such lovely memories to cherish for lifetime..

Service of agent was good. Hotel stay was excellent with good tasty food. Can service was excellent. Really enjoyed the trip in each bit that we can. Guidence by agent, Hotel was very good. Can driver helped us to save money a lot. Excellent service by team.

Once in a lifetime exeprience Package deserves better facilities and treatment to Tourists Tour operators / managers /service providers needs to come out of NO CARE syndrome and take care of clients.

Good hotel,well behaved and friendly staff.good breakfast and dinner.friendly and helpful cab driver,was in time for our trips. Pony ride at pahalgam...most memorable.. Beauty of entire kashmir is breathtaking.

I have been to kashmir by booking through TravelTriangle. It is easy and very reasonable. I have selected TravelDesigner and they were best. The trip was awesome.

Hotels and houseboat provided were very good. Also the cab for travel was good but the driver didnt help us much with places to watch in Gulmarg which resulted in more expenses for us. We completely felt like the driver misguided us here in Gulmarg with the local guide. Umeena the travel agent, helped us throught in this tour and responded very fast. Definitely travel designers provided great service but the only thing to improve for them is to guide/educate visitors about the places and local guides. Also if they can give payment options through credit card it would be nice. Enjoyed Sonamarg and Dal Lake houseboat. The New Zealand (name of the houseboat) was great and the responsible person of that boat had taken care of us and also I want to mention that the night our group stayed in Dal Lake houseboat was the coldest in Srinagar in 28 years with formation of ice on the lake surface.

Package given by Saba ji was great, and guidance from Fayaaz (Driver) was good. Frequent power cuts was a big problem because of which there was a problem with wi-fi & heaters in the room and hot water. The amounts being collected at Sonamarg , Gulmarg and pahalgam for sight seeing were too high even on bargain. We felt that guide at Gulmarg has misguided and took more money for activities than the rates displayed on tourism board. Experience was Awesome, drawback was we didn't had any local sightseeing in srinagar except Botanical garden and shikara ride. At last Kashmir was very beautiful. Thanks to Travel Designers.

Trip was great except some third party vendors to whom travel agency booked for us.
