Great experience on Kashmir tour with Travel Designers India. I would like to thanks Mehak as she planned the itinerary so perfectly that we cover all the places in Kashmir and also visited katra for vaishnodevi darshan in 8 days . She was always available and taking feedback every day. The trip was so well organized keeping in my what we wanted. Thanks for making our trip to Kashmir memorable.

Don’t refer city grace hotel , Srinagar to any tourist Their services are very bad as per the hotel tariff We love hotel the villagio in Pahalgam and the royal park in Gulmarg

How do I raise a complaint ? I was forced to stay in a houseboat different from the itinerary and that costed half of what I paid for.

It was very nice experience.

Everything was good,just couple things I would like to say tell your customers in details that they will be charged for all transportation after going to main places because that cost me extra 15000 and the other thing I would like you guys to improve is that give hotels near main places where we are going instead of keeping it 4-5 kms far from there. That's the only reason I have given 4 rating

We had an amazing experience in Kashmir. We booked via Travel triangle. The entire trip was hassle free. Highly recommended.

Arrangements with respect to cab and scheduling was good and organized in a well thought manner. Regarding the hotels I expect the service agents to give us more insights about the hotel before we finalize it. In my case I had choosen a hotel in Gulmarg based on reviews and seeing few images but that didn't meet the expectations. But, when I spoke to the service agent about it they told that they knew about it before which I didn't like the kind of service. Snowfall which was experienced by my family for the first time

Iqra from Travel designer was a superb coordinator, she was available everytime we had any query. Most important she was proactive. Hotel Royal Milad was a very good hotel. Pahalgam Retreat was good but roome didnt have better hearing facility and bathrooms were ordinary. Victoria hoise boat didnt have better heating facility and could have been little more clean. Driver, Younis was let down. He want enthusiastic, refused couple of requests, in-flexible in terms of choice of restaurants and shopping places. We felt he was prioritizing his interest than us. Overall good arrangement and special thanks to Iqra.

Very well planned trip by Travel Designers India. Excellent selection of Hotels and transport arrangements. Very attentive and cordial travel agency co-ordinator. In short an excellent winter family trip. Thank you Abhishek of Travel Triangle and Iqra of Travel Designers for making this trip a memeorable one.

My experience was very good as I got the best agent Mehak from a travel designer. She was so helpful and cooperative throughout the trip. The cab facility was also good because of the driver Mr. Yaseen Sahab. He was the driver cum guide. Overall a very good experience. In the houseboat, Waseem Sahab is a very caring and kind person.

Travel designers India agent Ikra service is good. She helped to plan the itenary and open to do the customisation as per our need. Travel driver yaseen is very much co operative and friendly. Throughout the trip he maintains this friendly behaviour and kept us safe. He's always ready wherever and whenever we want to go. Due to natural calamities our itenary is collapsed in last few days. Travel designers are ready to change the itenary as per the need. But they forgot to send the updated itenary to us. In the beginning of there is a miscommunication from travel agent to driver which leads to some mess up. Apart from that everything is good from travel designers. Gulmarg gondola ride is great. Sonamarg scenic view is nice. Shikara ride is good. Royal park hotel is very nice. Wild flower villa hotel is average. Victoria house boat is decent and nice. Royal milad property is also nice and good. Our driver yaseen bhaiya is very friendly.
