this was our 3rd time with travel triangle, it was wonderful trip. We all enjoyed a lot. Food in hotels was great food in hotels and gulmarg

My Experince is pretty smoothless whatever I wanted i had posted on Travel Triangle and agent had provided me the quotation as per the requirement, My trip went too smoothly Gulmarg was pretty amazing

We planned family tour of kashmir in April month, tour was excellent and wonderful unforgettable journey. I would like to specially thank to our travel coordinator Uzma jee for always be in touch during our tour time and asking about my family and for caring us. Feels like she is our family member. She planned this tour so well. Everything was perfect and entire journey is very comfortable. Uzma jee thank you for everything and your great support. And thanks for arranging birthday cake for my wife's birthday on Dal lake house boat on my special request. Travel coordinator like you makes entire tour excellent. Kashmir is very beautiful place, people of kashmir are very humble and loving. Our Kashmir trip was awesome and a memorable one. Our travel coordinator Uzma was very helpful and arranged everything as per request. Our cab driver Shakeel is very good person and very helpful. We really enjoyed the trip. Our main purpose was snow and we had lots and lots of snow and luckily experienced snow fall at Gulmarg. Horse riding in pehelgam excellent. Only one thing travelling from Gulmarg to pehelgam it's more than 4hrs better to plan from Srinagar to pehelgam. except Gulmarg royalpark all other hotels got good taste food and good service. overall Thank you especially for Uzma and driver Shakeel for their immediate help and response. Snow fall and all snow activities in Gulmarg, Pehelgam pony ride,

Orchid hotel provided was very far from city centre Can driver was also not good

Overall good experience. Would like to come again. The cab drive was very cooperative. Accomodation was decent. Pony ride in Pahalgam, Snow bike in Gulmarg and Shikara ride in Dal lake were quite memorable.

Our Kashmir trip was awesome and a memorable one. Our travel coordinator Uzma was very helpful and taking periodic checks, she used to get in touch with us twice in a day to make sure that we are getting good services. Our cab driver Muzaffar was also very humble and good person, showed us some good spots off the itinerary. We really enjoyed the trip. Our main purpose was snow and we had lots and lots of snow and luckily experienced snow fall at Gulmarg & Doodhpatri as well. We planned to visit Hazratbal mosque, but the driver said it closed for tourists on Friday (that was not accurate). The only change I would do to our itinerary is avoid travelling from Gulmarg to Pahalgam the same day. Better option would be to stay in Srinagar after Gulmarg (maybe houseboat) and the next day start for Pahalgam , that way we can reach Pahalgam early and enjoy two days. Overall it was very satisfying 7 days...even with some bad weather.

I planned a week's family trip in Dec 2020 with the assistance of Travel designers. We all were pleased with Mr. Aabid Hassan's personalised service and planning. He was very kind, helpful and friendly. Our driver was the nicest, hotels were very good. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly and stay was all great. Boathouse was sooo beautiful, felt like a small palace in itself..but was damn cold even with heaters and a strick care taker who kept a tab on our eating even on the small meals as part of package. My only feedback not for Travel designers team, but for the hotels/Boathouse would be for better variety of food. Even if you charge us more, customers will be okay to spend to try and get to taste some Kashmiri dishes or more non-vegetarian options including mutton or fish which sadly we couldn't try. But Mr. Hassan still helped us with a special dish delivered to our room when feedback was given, which was very kind of him. I've never had any travel agency do that for us to show customer centricity. My whole family had a great memorable trip and I was glad that I finally had a good trip planned through Travel triangles, although I had tried for other trips in the past. I have already shared and recommended Travel designers to some of my known people. Inshallah if we go to Kashmir in future, we'll definitely go through Mr. Hassan at Travel designers. He made our trip a memorable and smooth one. Kudos to him and his team. Noor

Hi TT, It was nice memorable trip , Hotels and cabs are well arranged . Dal lake ,Pahalgam will be most favourite and memorable place

The package and service was good .One thing they can do to improve is that they can themself talk to the union taxi and arrange that also so that tourist won't get cheated by locals.
