The location that we have chosen was awesome. Fantastic weather to enjoy, dance nd romance. Very good holidays, enjoyed a lot. The only thing was that we were not aware about the details of the sight seeing and hence when we reached Darjeeling, the markets nd zoo were closed on thursday. It was a waste of time for us. If you are going for a short trip and you are not aware about the place, then its travel agent responsibility to manage your time and for destination visit so that the time can be managed. So travel triangle, pls keep in mind this going forward so that customer can be fully satisfied. All the days are having best memories that we have carried with us when we have came back to mumbai as it was a first trip for us.

Over all the trip webt well. But hotel reception guys in phueseliong are bit harsh. So try to avoid that hotel.

trip was great! only I faced issues with iternory which agent had shared with me before actual trip starts. driver was completely unaware of internory part and we have to actually make him understand what places agent services had committed to us before we actually start our journey everyday. travel agent had told us that we will get driver who will not only act as driver but also he guide us on every place we visit during our journey in Bhutan, but he could only give us few details about every places that we visit which are mentioned in iternory. best memory of our trip is moment which we had enjoyed at highest motorable road tat is called as chelela pass. driver skills are awesome during the trip and he actually drove the vehicle very nice I and smoothly.

Best trip I ever had in my life, I took 8d/9N package in January month for Gangatok(3),Lachung(1), peiling(2), Darjeeling(2). All hotels were really superb additionally Gangtok hotel(Sai residency) has excellent service and tasty food. In Peiling we took home stay of Mr. limbu, which was really amazing, they offered camp fire with guitarist in evening to night under beautiful house, We enjoyed Carrom and badminton too in their property late night.I would suggest everybody to must go for that property in peiling.On the way to Darjeeling last moment organiser has changed our hotel for Darjeeling, we all were socked a bit but later we identified that hotel was too good and very close to market. if you are planning to visit Darjeeling in your tour package, then its best shopping place with excellent climate. Everytime organisers has arranged vehicle as per our requirement with excellent drivers. In complete we cam across 4 driver and all were good with excellent skills.Finally I would like give special thanks to Mr. Indrajeet and Mr. Dipankar for the best services.

My trip was for Gangtok-Darjeeling. It was our honeymoon trip and I was promised what I had asked for - A good Hotel Room with scenic view and with some add on services (for which I was supposed to pay). But once the trip was booked they didn't even care what rooms are being reserved for us and if we were getting all the services we had asked for. All they cared for the remaining amount which I had to pay and for which only they used to call. Before that, when I was booking the trip I had asked to add Kalimpong as one of the places to visit as I had come to know that it would fall on my way to Darjeeling from Gangtok. But they lied and said it won't. And they made us to book for Gangtok and Darjeeling only.

The arrangement should have been better as the complimentary provided candle night dinner plan was not executed as per the plan so better there should be a follow up done with hotel staff to make sure the arrangements. The trip of darjeeling and sight seeing was good.

in my tour nathula is included but my travel agent is very smart. they arrenge this side sightseeing is Monday, actually on that day nathula is close, and tell me very poor reason. in the india , sikkim people is the great, the people is very friendly, very helpful and they give very very very very respect.

A fabulous trip in the freezing February. As it is Bhutan is an enchanting tourist destination. The green hillsides, the snow covered mountain as well slopes. Never expected so much snow and ice and the glorious ice covered glowing in bright sunlight. In addition to this is the sombre atmosphere in the Dzongs with the drum beats, scent of incense and chant of prayers. Another thing that amazed me was the discipline in the town and country side and absence of car horns. I found that surprising number of restaurants all over and the food they served of excellent quality. For the tippers the numerous alcoholic beverages are plentiful. The hotel at Punakha Pema Karpo is to be highly recommended for its location, rooms, service and cordial welcome. Bhutan is extremely popular destination from April to October but Bhutan in winter has its own charm for the stark beauty and biting cold. The view of the glorious mountain peaks covered in ice and some partly covered in snow and also showing their rocky surfaces glowing in the bright sunlight is the memory that I shall carry with me always. This grand view is visible all along the road from Paro to Haa valley via Chele-La-Pass. Driving thru the snow covered roads was also a life time experience especially for city dwellers like us.
