Ming Ma, the driver we got for initial 3 days was the best. The driver we got from gangtok-pelling-darjeeling needs a bit improvement as he was driving very fast on curves and edges. The driver in Darjeeling was very good. Hotel maya-inn, darap homestay and summit resort were very good and hospitality was very nice. Only in Lachung, hotel could have been better. Overall the arrangements were very good and we had a memorable trip. Trip to tsomgo lake and baba mandir. Food at darap homestay.

Booking a trip from traveltriangle is quite easy and convenient. I got good discounts on hotel booking. While on the trip, there were regular follow ups by the travel agent, who ensured nothing went amiss. There were a couple of minor slips but that's pardonable in the overall experience we had. Overall a smooth experience. The Ri Kynjai hotel in Shillong is one of the best I have stayed in. Their hospitality is world class and they go out of their way to serve you. Our experience in the Elgin Nor-Khill in Gangtok was not as pleasant as in the Ri Kynjai. While the hotel property is well maintained with a royal setting, the hospitality is not that great. The house keeping staff was not very diligent in its duties, often missing out on essentials while replacing the previous ones. We were even denied the complementary water bottles on the check out day; we found that rude. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and sumptuous. Our best memories were from the Ri Kynjai in Shillong. The property is beautiful beyond words. Their hospitality made us feel at home.

Hotels were good. Although I feel choices of accommodation provided in Thimphu could have been better. Pema karpo hotel in Punakha was good but was like a stand alone unit - very far from the main town. As a practice Yes tourism should also help customers with details like how far the choice of accommodation will be from Town center etc. While we were returning from Cherry Monastry , we were welcomed by a group of Bhutanese nationals , at the base . They had come for a day long picnic . They hosted us at the bonfire , offered us food / drinks and then we joined them for their Folk Dance . It was lovely ! Overall - the trip was really good. Bhutan is very Pretty and second home for Indians !

The itinerary was well arranged. The driver was very courteous and knew where to take us for food and other site seeing areas and managed the time well. The immigration procedure on day one took much longer than expected and it was mostly a waste of day 1 as we did not do much. If we had known we could have done some local site seeing. The hotel at Thimphu was below par. Sambav- no hot water, and was also not that clean. Paro more than made up for all these and then it was a fantastic trip!

MUMBAI Support from Yes tour was not good. Have to follow-up Mr.Deepankar many times. cab driver was totally not aware about my tour itinerary till the end of our tour but he was good in nature & very friendly so we he took us on sight seen as per his experience. support from travel tringle was good. specially from Ms.Rashmi from travel trangle. due to her support we finished our tour satisfactory. I wont recommend YES tourism to others.

Service planned and provided by M/s Yes tourism (Shri. Dipankar) was fantastic. Food at Bora house stay at Kaziranga was tasty but bedding and toilets needs more cleanliness. Rest of the trip was very satisfactory. Kaziranga Jeep Safari was highly satisfying with sight of tiger, Rhinos, elephants, wild bores, buffaloes, deer and many birds.
