I went for Gangtok and Darjeeling trip for about 5days in mid October, it was tight scheduled but i planned it like to cover all the sight seen. The trip was some how went well after compromising few things I faced some difficulties with hotel and the travel agent it self 1. After researching on Internet and discussion with the travel agent i asked him to update the itinerary way before the trip but he didn't do that because of that i missed few good places,later the agent started arguing with me about the places where as i was having the chat proof So plan well and take in written from them before you start ypur trip 2. Travel gaent was very politely taking before the trip but after i have dkne with the payment and in between the trip he was very rude tottaly a different person so be aware of such personalities 3.be carefull of the hotel rooms you are taking,its totally different what you see in photos and in real and be specific about the requirements before the trip or else upu are gonna regret it later 4. Take everything in written from them i mean everything Gangtok is a awesome place ,neat clean well managed may be i started hating Darjeeling because of the behaviour of the travel agent and the hotel

The trip was a roller coaster experience.i go for holidays a lot but .first time I had booked with an agent through travel triangle and will possibly be the last time. The agent with whom I had booked and discussed went off sick and the new agent and I weren't on same grid. The first day itself on reaching gangtok when I queried something I was told I could get a refund of my money.if just was not happy rather than trying to solve the issue...imagine my first hour in a new city and the agent says this...was very shocking.i had to call up the agent a lot many times as sometimes the taxi was hours late..taxi driver was not informed correctly etc. It was very unprofessional, We had to cancel gurudmongan lake due to ill health but they will very inflexible about any change and gave us a Yumthang Valley trip without even including zero point. We felt very cheated but nothing we could do about it. Luckily The homestay was nice and friendly. The agent helped by arranging accommodation for the driver so that we could leave early for airport which was nice of him. The taxi drivers were good especially In the torturous roads there Good home stays...pretty place...

Please use YES and Travel Triangle for Bhutan, Please keep one day for TIGER NEST and do not plan any other sight on that day. Use Horse for half without fail. It was a good decision to book my trip through Travel Triangle and Yes Tourism India. But, your payment process at the spot to review and issuance of Money Receipt against last payments particularly. So that, while making on spot payment, a receipt voucher to issue on behalf of tour conductor. Otherwise, it was a very good experience to book my trip through Travel Triangle and Yes Tourism. The person conducted tour program on behalf of Yes Tourism India was a nice gentleman and was enough conscious person, who realized trouble of tourist. It is my good suggestion for all future tourists/travelers to book their tours/trips through Travel Triangle and Yes Tourism India without any hesitations to get better travel services which are needed for the travelers. Only thing, during my return by car from Lataguri to Bagdogra Airport, car driver declined to run air conditioner. I have immediately intimated to Yes Tourism India, who realized and accepted my proposal and accordingly advised car driver to run Car AC. So, it was a good journey from Lataguri to Bagdogra Airport. Then it was a pleasant journey to Bagdogra Airport. Yes Tourism India has taken care for total tour since start to return point. It was a good experience for booking my travel and tour arrangements through Yes Tourism India. I will propose future travelers to book their travel through Travel Triangle and Yes Tourism India for a hassle free tour and travel. I convey my thanks to all persons and officials of Travel Triangle and Yes Tourism India for the services they have provided for my tour to Bhutan. This has started from Bagdogra Air Port and back after tour. Once again, thanks to each and everyone.

Paro stay is the best. Hotel was confortable For Punakha the Hotel was not as good as in Paro For Thimpu the Hotel room was good but the toilet was not up to the mark. The Cab driver, Milan was very good and very helpful. We enjoyed the entire trip

We had a comfortable and incident free trip. Rating of 3 for the hotels is primarily because of the lack of facilities esp in Shillong. The Bora homestay at Kaziranga really lived up to its name. The caretaker and his family/ staff really looked after us very well while also looking after the planning of the organised trips. My rating for this would be 4. The White Orchid guest house would be rated a 3. Rooms were comfortable. Service was good. However, there were no convenient charging points to place mobiles. The flooring being tiled was distinctly uncomfortable. Location was not too great despite being away from the city. The noise of traffic was a disturbance every night as also in the morning. Anil, the driver needs special mention. Ever smiling, calm and helpful to the very end. 5 stars to him. He served as a de facto guide everywhere we went.

Travel agents srvice and management is very good but darjiling hotel is inside very dirty and room service is not satisfiy other than all hotels and Darap Village home stay very good and Eco Tourism idea is very exellent .
