Could have been better experience

I booked my honeymoon with D Org the behalf of travel triangle and all the rating provided, but once i went there i feel like cheated as things they mention over Itinerary wasn't actually there. In Itinerary they clearly mention Day 01.Arrival( sky bridge + Underwater world) and both the wasn't happen when i asked the assigned person (Mr. Atish) he told me to check vouchers and all, also they refuse to refund money for underwater world. Mr Atish's behaviour wasn't professional and I will not recommand anyone to book travel with this agent.

Overall the trip was organised pretty well. However, we faced a problem where the hotel location was mentioned different on all our documents and when we reached that hotel location, they mentioned that the booking was at another location of the same hotel. This wasted a lot of time on the 1st day. Rest things were fine.

Atish/Monica, The overall trip was very good and in line with the expectation. There are few things that could have been better. I was told that the VISA processing will happen in the first week of March and then I had to continuously follow up to get this initiated. I understand that with your experience you would know as to when the process should be initiated. And hence expectation setting should have been done accordingly. Unnecessary mail exchanges could have been avoided. Having said this, I am completely satisfied with the trip and the overall arrangements. The sightseeing was scheduled as per itinerary. All the pick up and drop was in a timely manner with no follow up required from my end with the local vendor in Singapore. In fact, the local agent proactively updated me with all timing and the transport on SIC was very comfortable. There was enough time available for all the activities with no hidden cost at any of the places. The driver was flexible in terms of dropping us to places where we wanted to have dinner instead of dropping us at the hotel.

I have booked Dorganizers for mysingapur bali trip who quoted me the best price for my demand on 8days 7 nights.* For the first 3 days we stayed in a Singapore hotel which was average. itinerary was as per promise. .Overall the trip was memorable and a good. Specifically Bali the travel driver MR Purnima was so good. He was not only drive but good adviser also. I personally thanks to Monikaji and Vaishaliji for good support and trip. There was minor disturbance at Mumbai airport for passport and documents which was charged by Rs.750 to us by agency.

Malaysia is a beautiful place and our trip was almost nice except some issues. We had booked our package from D'organisers and Monika we our tour organiser. First of all, when we landed on kualalumpur at 4:40 AM. But U was said that the package includes KL tower tickets. But, our cab came after 6:30 AM. We, along with the kids,had to wait for more than 2 hours, when it was mentioned in Itinerary that cab will wait for us till one hr and 30 min.after the flight will land. So it was an unpleasant welcome in Kualalumpur. Secondaly, I was told KL tower tickets are included in the evening city tour package of kualalumpur, but When I saw the tour plan given by cab driver on Ist day of Kualalumpur, I saw the KL tower tour was not included. I tried to contact Monika from D'organisers many a times but she replied in afternoon. But till then I had already left for KL tower and already bought the tickets. On hearing this MoNika said that her agent in kualalumpur was having the tickets. But, when I asked driver in the evening, I was shocked to hear that he still had no idea about the KL tower tour. I thought, If I wouldn't go on my own for the KL tower , I would have missed such an awesome attraction. I also want a refund of Tower tickets that I had to buy though it was supposed to be provided from D'organisers when I had already paid for that in Package Price. Thirdly, I was told 45 min. Batu caves visit was included enroute Genting Highland Tour. But when we reached By caves, driver told we had only 15 min. to visit Batu caves for only photo shoot from outside the temple. I was also told that if We take time, the driver would HV leave us. So, to visit Batu caves , we had to come again in evening while returning from Genting Highland. From there , we had to travel on own to the hotel. It was also an unpleasant experience. Lastly, flight time for Langkawi to Kuala Lumpur on written in our e-tickets were 1:55 pm but the actual scheduled time was 03:45 PM. So we had to wait a lot at the airport because of wrong flight departure time. kL Tower visit was really nice.

It was a nice trip with few shortcomings viz.After sales services of the travel agent were not upto the mark as appeared before booking the trip and they were uncomfortable in picking up the phones and answer to our apprehensions and some times rude also.The hotel was good but the Toilet was very small ie beyond imagination.Boat ride in the evening was not included which is a must when we visit Singapore.The drivers in the vehicles provided were not able to guide the tourists.City tour was the worst as it was a simple waste of time and money as first they took us direct to giant wheel and advised us that either you go on ride of giant wheel or wait for one hour,then they took us to boat ride venue and same thing repeated that either you take boat ride or wait in scorching heat for one hour and lastly they took us to one chocolate shop and asked us to buy chocolates and the trip was over thereafter.It was ridiculous as no point in city was touched.It has to be looked into seriously.

We had a great time in bali. Travel triangle team was very much helpful during the trip. Bounty cruise was amazing. Special thanks to Anurag and Yuli for taking care of us whenever we needed any help. Bali is a nice place with very sweet and kind people who are always ready to help. Bounty cruise water sports and ulluwatu sunset was the best to call out.

The trip to bali was an amazing experience for us. We have enjoyed a lot . we went to ubud tour that was an good experience , we went to bali safari that an extra ordinary place. We went to water sports enoyed lot , sunset tanalot temple is very beautiful place , i have suggestion for the person planning to go to bali please take water rafting and atp motor bike ride, visit rock bar its beautiful place i ever seen in my life. And at the end specail thanks to mr. SHUBHAM JAIN for good coordination and support from travel traingle , and specail thanks from all four people travelled to mrs . PREETI SETHI from de organisers she is very polite ,understanding , responding if i plan any thing else in future for sure i will travel through travel traingle and de organisers if they give opportunity to travel through them . So at the last the trip was very nice! We enjoyed lot. Best memories of the trip is rock bar sunset tanalot and most memorable will the guide as well as driver of ous mr. phutu he is very poilte and good person helped us very much thank you

Nice trip with wonderful We planned for Singapore and Malaysia for 7 days and 6 nights plan. TT is really nice is providing us multiple options and my travel agent D'Organizers provides customized options to us basis our requirements. Local travel agent in Singapore is very strict in timings and when you are planning to go be ready to stick with your timings. We are given a separate cab in Malaysia and the local agent Asean travels is very nice and the drivers are very friendly. They provide the versatile options and you can always contact them through whatsapp for any doubts Singapore has many options to explore, plan well before and do your home work before going there. If you are a vegetarian, Take enough snacks(even non-perishable food and fruits) along with you for at least 3 days as the vegetarian options are limited and very costly.

Good day travellers, I have booked Dorganizers for my bali trip who quoted me the best price for my demand on 7days 6 nights in bali for honeymoon. PROS: * Preeti did a fabulous job in creating the quote matched for our needs, she was on top of this every single time when we had questions despite couple of them were silly enough though she did not lose her patience on answering them (Wherin her colleague Anurag singh wasn't so co operative enough like her). * Driver cum Guide Ary and Veera at bali were so polite, friendly enough and were always on time. Ary was an amazing guy. * For the first 3days we stayed in a hotel named bali rani was too good and the breakfast served by them had, Asian, continental and american which were delicious enough to treat us like a king. CONS: * Our tripadvisor Shubam jain was active enough until we paid the complete amount and once we pay the money to travel triangle he went invisible, he neither did not lift our calls nor even had a courtesy to return the calls made to him. *There were final days due to the local festival in bali we had to change our itinerary and we were really in need of a help from travel triangle to get in touch with D organizers but all our efforts went in vain. *The villa "Astana kunti" wasn't that great and not upto the mark, the very first day we experienced huge spiders, cockroaches under our bed and restrooms were flooded with lizards. *Honeymoon freebies were not delivered as promised on the itinerary. Overall the trip was memorable and a good trip to count on for us with few discrepancies which is suggested to be corrected by Traveltriangle & D organizers.
