We really enjoyed our trip. Thanks to Mr. Anurag, just a small advice that response to the customers should be immediate on their queries. Rest everything was perfect.

They nailed it for me. Started from best deal among all agents. Provided everything what they promised. Visa delivered on time. I liked their local singapore team as well specially Mr. Kani always available when i needed. Always there is scope of improvement so if they improve their communication more that will be make them best for singapore trip. Thank you D organisers. Try to send visa documents atleast 30 days before your travel for hassel free travel.

Over all the trip was well planned but water sports could have included few more activities. Cab driver was a wonderful company and had us at ease throughout the trip.

First, I want to say that DOrganizer is giving very competitive rate compare to other vendors. I would like to thank Preethi for giving a cheap price with comport Air Travel and Hotel. We Stayed in Hotel Parc Soverign, Albert St, Singapore. The location of the hotel is extremely great, but the size of the standard room is very small. A 6 feet tall person, can't sleep on bed, leg will fall out of bed also the bathroom is extremely small, you can't take bath peacefully. Similarly the Breakfast options are very poor. Other than Hotel, everything was great in Singapore. But the overall coordination from DOrganizer's was not upto the mark. I had to follow up every time, I was keep on calling the DOrganizer's Agent Preethi. I got my Passport with VISA just one day before the travel. I got my travel insurance just few hours before my flight (When I got the Travel Insurance Voucher, I was travelling to Airport, couldn't take print out also due to delayed response). They will remind only for payment due, but all the other times we need to follow up with them. Instead of 100% enjoyable trip, they kept me tensed till the last moment. The same point already mentioned by so many customers, DOrganizers should take this seriously, otherwise they may loose their reputation.

They provide me with everything i wanted and even my problems was resolved on just one call. As it was out first we were afraid as we didnt knew much about anything but the way Ms Preeti had handled everything was amazing. I really want to thank her. She was available for our problem for about 24*7 . It really gave me so much of good memories and i am looking forward to next trip asap with them. #mytravelpartner There are many memories and we have lived our life at the fullest just bec we got all our bookings done through them we really had any headache . We were served everything in the plate and we just enjoyed.

We had booked the land package for Bali from D’organizers. It was a really great experience and will defenitely recommend their services. Most of the trip went very smooth and hassle free. The only feedback that I want to mention is that during the period after booking and before trip start, their responses to some of my queries were very slow and required multiple follow ups. If this can be made better then it would be excellent service. We had rafting at Ayung river. It was the best.

We indeed enjoyed our trip many thanks for all your efforts once again Just a few highlights to share and I would be more than happy to share the feedback: 1- I would rate a 5 for hotel services (marbella) except for 1st night (uppala villa).Infact i would suggest you should remove uppala villa from your list of hotels.The room, the food, the bathroom and the pool nothing is worth paying that money. But overall I'm very happy as i shifted to Marbella later on. Great staff that speaks english & Value for money!!! 2-I would rate a 5 for Cab services the driver was excellent and always before time available. He already became our friend during the tour. 3- I would rate a 5 for agent services may be even more than 5 if possible. Mr. Anurag was very patient and helpful throughout and showed a great flexibility & professionalism inspite of having many last minute changes.Well done 4- I would rate a 5 as having and an idea of watsapp communication makes it easier and quicker to communicate 5-I have already recommended travel triangle to people i know as this was already second time i used the services. Starting With booking of trip, I can say I cracked a good deal with D Organizerscom. But you need to follow up a bit with them before travelling, regarding payment confirmation and other miscellaneous things. But it is necessary as it's your trip and they are just for support assistance. Now if we talk about itinerary, mine was like a dynamite in a small can of tin, means there were many things to catch up in a small span of time. But it was very well organised by the agency. We started our trip from Bali, Hotel was awesome, we were given private logistic over there and it was really helpful. Our driver was really there for us every time. He really treated us like his family, telling about pros and cons about every place with all historical data. I will recommend everyone reading this that if you are booking a trip through deorganizer for Bali then please do ask for Mr. GIRI as your driver for the trip. Now we come to Singapore. Too hectic.... mistake was mine as we were there only for two days and itinerary was way too long. Hotel was also satisfactory, again I will ask you to recheck for the type of room while booking the trip, as you can get a much better room by paying some extra money. Overall if we come to conclusion, trip was really well organised and was really in budget. Forgot to mention about traditional Bali massage- really wow...…….and soothing.

Hotel was nice and staff was very cooperative. They allowed us to do early check in and all instructions had been provided in advance. Just one suggestion for hotel is breakfast menu was same from day one to last day.

Planning of the itinerary and buying the right kind of entry tickets except for Universal studios, quick processing of visa as per request and the 24*7 NAM HO helpline facility were the best part of the trip. Bungy jumping in Sentosa, 4D Adventure shows and TrickEye museum in Sentosa, Gardens by the bay and Cloud Forest visit were unforgettable

Booking from travel triangle was a good option as v got plenty of packages from different agents If i talk only about my tour company that is D’organiser my experience was not that upto mark as they promised. They claim to be among the best n have a Office in Singapore as well but if there’s any problem the office person there refuse to solve it personally n finally it goes back to the Indian agency so there’s no point in these claims. Lastly thanks to D’organisers for this trip some mistakes do happen one should accept it n try n improve it for other customers.

We hired d organisers for our Singapore and binatan trip...for Singapore the services provided we're good however for binatan they just refused to take any ownership...being a travel agent it is there duty to make the customer know about the place there were so many challenges faced by us in bintan and these ppl didn't even bother.the person who was handling our package left and we had to follow up with them for every small thing like travel insurance...
