SINGAPORE My second trip with Travel Triangle and I have booked my 3rd also with them. However I am not pleased with the agent as I did not have a good experience with the agent's SPOC. I had to initiate everything from my end and the only thing they initiated from their side was regarding the payment. The package overall was excellently made and all the requirements were addressed properly. Although a few inputs like ask us about buying the Express Queue in Universal Studios instead of the normal one in which we have to wait for more than 1.5 hours for taking a single ride, whereas Express Queues come up with a little more higher price would have still been a better option and we would have been able to cover the entire rides in Universal. Its only the communication with the point of contact from the agent's side was not on the happy side as literally I had to chase them for the vouchers and stuff. There was no problem with the interaction as she was easy to reach out to. But a little more professionalism in terms of handing out the vouchers on time, providing the right number of the agent whom we will have to meet at the airport could have been more appropriate. Overall a 3/5.

This is the first time I booked my trip to Singapore through travel triangle. Received many quotations from travel agents but the quotation offered by D. Org is the most competitive one. Overall trip was good. Fully satisfied with the hotel provided by Atish. Initially we were worried about the trip because of lot of follow ups with D. Org. but we have been provided with all the attractions as promised in our itinerary by Atish. Thanks to Atish & Monica. And thanks to Priya from TT for continuous follow up for our trip.

Welcome at the hotel was the cherry on cake, decorated with roses. Agent service was remarkable. Driver made it all happen. Hatts of to selection of staff to handle each and every aspect. Thank you for making it perfect.

We have to pursuit all time to our travel agent for everything till travel date, like our visa delivered to us just 1-2 days before our journey. Also pursuit for flight baggage booking till last date. Final itenary, other vouchers were also late, but the good thing was they fulfill there every promise or commitment.

Overall it was a nice coordination and a wonderful trip. Their were some issues regarding the villa..it was not proper and its food was also bad.. but it was a good effort of both D organizers and travel triangle. Looking forward for a next trip with them again in future.

Travel Triangle made my trip amazing !! I had gone to Bali on my honeymoon and the kind of services i reveived were simply awesome. I strongly recommend travel triangle to all !! Gili T tour and bali zoo were great !

Everything was up to the mark as committed... Anurag Ji took an extra effort by making my package and visas approvals within a week and getting them delivered at the airport also.... Best is they were in touch everyday in my tour...

Our Bali Trip was not that great. Because of one reason and that is the Tour guide. He was so lazy and didnt take us to the places we wanted to visit.

This was the first time i booked my travel using travel triangle. I got around 3-4 quotes of which D organizers provided the best package. Preeti from D'Organizers was there from the start giving all the advice and patiently taking all my requests and provided the best deals. I have to specially mention the candle light dinner on the beach which was really awesome and no words to describe it. The hotels she booked for me were Swiss belhotel Tuban which was soo nice and Samaja villa Kunti, seminayak which was okay okay (though Preeti told me to book another one). Our guide was also an okay okay guy and i think they can improve on that. Only thing i didnt like about the trip was the bounty cruise dinner. The cruise was fully crowded and when you go for honeymoon, this is the one thing you want to avoid.

Thanks D'Organizers for laying out a beautiful trip to Singapore. It was a great experience and everything from Hotel to Tour Operator ( Nanayam) was good. My family enjoyed a lot after visiting places like Night Safari, City tour, Gardens by the bay, Sentosa especially universal studios where you get transformed to another world. Though Monica was helpful in getting back and answering queries at the shortest possible time however do believe that expectation settings is key improvement area which resulted in multiple email and phone followups which could been avoided. Rest things went smoothly and whatever was promised was delivered in a gift wrapped box. Thanks once again and hoping to long association with your company.

It was a wonderful experience, had great fun. The staff was very supportive. Bdw great things need no explanation. Sentosa island, Universal studios and sunset dinner cruise was best.
