Recently I had been to Bali for my Honeymoon with my husband. It was for 7 days and 6 nights. I had explored lot of holiday vendors but this is the one I found the best . They offered be the best quote and made us comfortable whole the trip. Our driver Agung is the sweetest guy we ever met. He was on time and showed us everything with patience . We had been to water sports, Bali massage was epic , cruise dinner , Bali zoo and Bali seing and Kintamani Volcono . Over all we liked the tour and the vendors whom I dealt with. Very happy to be a part of this. Will plan more ahead and suggest the same to our friends and relatives. Thank you again Swetha and Yashwanth Everything

Everything was perfect Whole package was perfect and all services and yeah the ground team, Monica, Anmol ,Anurag and mansih from travel triangle all the services and tour was perfectly planned and affcourse the guide in Bali was the best Deva and komal made our journey more better.

my stay in Singapore was good with few unexpected situations. It could have been great if few things were managed properly i.e.; - my flight delayed from new Delhi to Singapore and I have informed (via WhatsApp msg) about the same while taking my connecting flight at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia because I do not have the local SIM with me. later when I reached Singapore I local agent told me I'm marked NO SHOW and driver already left. when I asked D'Organizer team to kindly do some arrangements they straightforward said to book a taxi on my own for hotel. which was rude and I had to pay 18 SGD extra from my pocket. - second, when I reached hotel I was given a room in basement without window. Hotel staff told me this request came from the agent. When I asked D'ORGANIZER to please resolve this issue (it was not mentioned in the itenary that room will be without window) agent said talk to hotel on your own and request. Later I had to pay for the upgrade 71 SGD from my pocket. communication between local agent and D'Organizer was not good and I had to pay the price for it. sentosa Island, universal studios, hotel location was great !

Booking process was really bad. But the trip was great. I had to be after everyone. The watsapp support was superb and they use to promptly respond.

hotel rooms are small way of arrangements & coordinates very good. overall performance is very good

Agent DOrganizerscom was highly unprofessional. They promised one thing on invoice and later did not fulfill all promises. We were promised free breakfast for 3 but got only 2. Invoice said flyer ticket was included but they did not provide. We had to suffer a lot. I want my money back for not giving full service.

Trip was well organized and was as planned. Just need to constantly follow up with Agents on documents and other things. I was told my kid doesn't need any fare but was asked to pay in couple of places. overall it was good.

Hi Preeti, We successful completed 9 days of trip to Singapore and Malaysia. We had very good trip except few hiccups.thanks for the all support and arrangements. What was good 1. All the trip was as per plan. 2. Transportation was good and on time. 3. Properties were good. 4. Support from your end were there all the time when its required even during trip. What can be improved. 1. We had little thought time to find restorer for dinner which was added in package. Either it would have arranged the same hotel or might have provided transport too. 2. You would have given some hint about we need to pre-book meals in airline even meals is included if we don't book we don't get.(first time I too faced this. Earlier without pre-book also I got) Once again Thank you for all the support. After checking my pics may friends are interested to travel asking for tour information. The experience overall was good. But had to do too many follow ups with the agent. Agent promised us travel insurance which I haven't received till now. Universal studios was the best.

The trip went fine but we had few challenges. Positives : 1. We are 9 people who travelled including senior citizens and infants.We were asked to take a flight which reached early morning around 5 am and to hotel around 6. I had to pay additional 140 dollars which is huge amount for early check in into one room.So in one room all 9 of us accommodated as checking time was 3. I would have not opted for early check in had elders and infants were not with us. The organizers should make sure if they are arranging such early morning flight l, they should also provide early check in. 2. We got 4 double occupancy instead of 2 double and one triple planned earlier. 3. They arranged private cab for 9 of us which was welcome. Again a good change. Negatives : 1. The visa were arrived pretty late for us and I was huddling till last moment. Ultimately I got it

Great tour really enjoyed it...

I booked my trip with D Org the behalf of travel triangle and all the rating provided, but once i went there i felt like i was cheated at some places like i didn't get complimentary breakfast as mentioned in the itinerary and inclusions. I need to call the D Org many a times from Malaysia to resolve breakfast issue but didn't get the full help. Because of this I spent extra 2k-3k/person on whole trip for breakfast only. And I don't think i will get refund back for this extra money. Mr Atish's behaviour wasn't professional many a times before the travel and I may not recommend anyone to book travel with this agent. Preeti (D Org employee) tried to help many a times but nothing worked from D Org on breakfast and VISA. Regarding VISA , I explicitly asked that I need it one week before the travel as that i can get the Malaysian currency asap but D Org provided it just a day before the trip which end up me paying more money for currency conversion. Other than these difficulties , everything was fine and according to plan.

I would like to provide feedback for my Singapore trip which had been booked by my friend Preety from Dorganizers. Staring i was worried about my trip. I was thinking that did i do right by making bookings from Dorganizers. Then Preety assured me that everything gonna be smooth. You wont be facing any issue. Then the day came and we had flown to Singapore. As per the commitment by Preety, everything went very smooth. All the arrangements were very good. We did nt face any problem. Great Job

it was great travelling Singapore, agents were good pick up & drop timings were excellent, everything was good other than the check in time in the hotel, its approximately 5hrs 40mins flight & then by SIC , we got tired but we still have to wait for the rooms to be ready. Indian agents took 3 days to just see that my papers were right & 1 whole day for the photograph. for the visa purpose . we have to call them up everytime & ask if everything is ready after paying the full amount. overall it was good. There is always ups & downs in life.

To start with booking of our trip, I must say it was a good deal as compared to the other vendors but I would also like to mention that D'organisers need to follow up with regards to voucher confirmation, payment confirmation, Visa process and things which are needed before travelling. If this ain't done it may lead to a bad impression on your customers. Just a small advice that please respond to your customers on time. The hotel location was like a perfect location to get accessibility towards MRTs, local markets and nearby places to explore. The hotel services were good though early check-in was not allowed, but we managed to cover the time. Cab services were always available before time. We indeed enjoyed our trip and didn't face any issues. Thank you for all the assistance and making our trip an amazing one. Regards, Teena Desai
