I was very skeptical in using and trusting Travel Triangle at first since it was my first time I was trying my hands on their website/app. I was shared with quotes and contacted by various vendors associated with them and at that point I took them lightly. What needs attention is how Vikas( from Travel Masterz) was able to brilliantly modify, customize do all the permutations and combinations to match almost all of my requirements. ( unlike other tailor-made offers) Vikas backed by Arpita, had made my entire process painless and effortless right from choosing the right destinations, hotels, visa assistance, designing the itinerary and had been guiding for each detail as possible and provided friendly advice beyond being professionals. Most importantly they had brilliantly helped in fulfilling all my requirements and kept the budget optimized which has been unbelievable. Both had been constantly in touch on whatsapp if everyone was going well. It was our honeymoon trip and thanks a ton to both VIKAS and ARPITA for providing us this great experience in Italy (covering Rome,Venice,Florence,Milan). First of all I want to thank Travel Masterz esp Arpita and Amit for making my honeymoon experience such a great one. Round the clock support was a big relief for the first time traveler to Europe like me. Very well planned trip, totally taking my requirements and budget into account. Travelled to 3 different cities in 3 different countries - Amsterdam, Belgium and Paris. Full support was provided for visa application. Before boarding the flight, everything was very well explained. All the hotels in which we stayed were really good esp the one in Paris. Special thanks to travel Masterz for the wonderful decoration and champagne surprise in Paris Hotel Room. Had the best time of my life.

Great experience. We hadn't heard about travel masterz before i got their quote via travel triangle. Our trip was of 9 days to 3 cities, Budapest, Prague and Vienna. This was the first time I booked a trip through travel triangle (Travel mastezs) to Italy. Since this was a new travel company for me, I was a bit skeptical initially. Must say, Arpita and Amit Chandra from travel masterz made the entire process effortless for me. Starting with explaining what is best option for us in terms of best locations to cover, minimum duration required, hotel recommendations, sight seeing places, visa assistance (in terms of helping me put together all the necessary documents), keeping me up-to-date until the end of my travel. Checking constantly on whats app if everyone was going well. Arpita also helped with pre-poning a day tour as I wanted to accommodate another personal tour on the initial planned date which was not part of the itinerary which i could not have been able to visit, if not for Arpita changing the schedule in the last moment as per my request. Overall great experience in Italy. Many thanks to Arpita and team from travel triangle who are extremely professional and are well aware of the places without making false promises and being honest upfront in terms of what to expect.

We had a good experience with TravelMasterz. I have special praise for Arpita as she helped and was very supportive. The travel means and itinerary was well planned. The quality of hotels could have been better (especially in rome and venice - had no elevators) which was a sort of disappointment. I have tried traveltriangle for the first time (have done around 5 international and 14 national trips with MMT in the past) and found my experience comparable with MMT (could have been better). Will connect back next year for another trip.
