on they are marking the hotels as 3 star hotels. I do not know if the standard of 'star' changes based on the location and area.I am upset with the travel agent, because they lied and set my expectation by saying 3 star hotel at Lachung. The hotel was giving no mirror in the room. Then we changed the room. The later room had used bed-sheet, towel and pillow cover. After my wife complained, they changed the same. Be clear and transparent, tell your guests that star hotels are not present in North Sikkim, but you can arrange what is best there.
