b of finding a right travel agent with local flavor and International experience.HTL Leisure in Srilanka, took good care of us in arranging all the Hotel bookings, Meals (Including Jain meal for a few) and sightseeing as committed.Our few suggestions are that the itinerary should have been a little relaxing and Travel Triangle should also help in booking Airline tickets and Visa. The last day was too tiresome, with city tours of Kandy and Colombo, along with Traveling from Nuwera Eliya to Colomo Airport. All in one day is not possible, as the roads are not highway and we can only travel at an average speed of 30 KMPH. However, we would surely plan our next holidays through Travel triangle.The Best Memory of this trip was that we as a family of 16 adults could travel together and remain stress free, right from the time of planning up to the end of our trip! There were English speaking Guide, a pleasing Assistant and an expert Driver with Luxury 25 seater AC coach, all throughout the 5 days in SriLanka, at our service!Moreover, We were surprised by the overall Cleanliness, the Courteous People, The British architecture, the Scenic Beauty, Lovely Beaches and Sumptuous Food accompanied by Live Music!!

After our objections we were asked to go to our original hotel Kandy View who told us that there is no booking for us and all rooms are full. After lot of talking we were accommodated in a guest house in a isolated place. Next day evening we got the proper room in the allotted hotel. However the manager of the Kandy view hotel was cooperative and accommodating. 2.The driver was changed at the last moment who was not knowing the location of any hotel. It took 15 to 50 minutes to locate the hotel.His endeavor was to conceal the things and show us as little as possible. This is due to the fact that no places were mentioned in the tour program. City tour for him meant showing 2 or three places at each destination.We had to persuade/request him to show the places. Hotels at Nuwera Eliya, Wadduwa, Colombo were very good and so what the breakfast and the hotel staff. Overall the trip was very good and it can be recommended provided the tour operators stick to the hotels booked and the tourist are given detailed day to day sight seeing list/program so that there is no ambiguity.It is value for money trip and highly recommended.The trip as a whole was very good but for two serious issues. 1.
