Milli Group Of Tour Travels

Had booked my family trip to Ladakh with Milli Group of Travels through Travel triangle. The tour was organised very weel. Ms. Maheen Bhatt of Milli Group and Mr. Rahul Shukla of Travle Triangle were updating me promptly without me following up. Great service offered and I had a wonderful trip. Would highly recommend to people who are planning trip and don't have time to go into nitty gritties. Travel Triangle & Mill Group ensures that the clients get the best of the options.

I would like to thank Milli Travels for the memorable trip to Kashmir, planned at such short notice. Anjum was prompt and always available for any queries. Hotel Royal Park (Gulmarg) had the best view of the town. Special mention for Aksa Resort in Pahalgam for its hospitality and service. Kashmir tourism places are best explored on foot instead of a pony. You get plenty of time and freedom to soak in the nature's beauty and can explore at your own will. Beware of local guides luring you to show the 'best spots' which is not necessarily the same.

The Trip was very wonderful. It was well managed by Milli Tours & Firdous mam. However, the main issue with Kashmir Trip is Touts there. Every place has their own touts & prices are way too high for their activities which should be managed by Tours & Travels companies as they send their groups regularly. overall it was good experience.

Best trip of my life went with my family after a long time and everything was perfect food, transport, hotel all thanks to milli. Our driver basit was very supportive and understanding he made our trip even better. Didn't expected such a good service but milli exceeded my expectations.

The whole trip was great. Thanks to mili travel and maheen who organized everything and even when due to some medical emergency we needed to modify our bookings but maheen took care of everything and it went off really well.We got driver Zangpo who was really helpful at time of emergency and was a great guide, also he is very lively person and made our journey happy and safe.Maheen was available throughout the trip on call and made all arrangements as per our requests.

Thanks for the amazing trip. We had a great experience and we met great people everywhere. Leh driver was very cooperative and humble. Srinagar driver was also nice but he could have been more humble and polite in his conversation. All hotels were good except the brown palace which was really worse in service and hospitality. You should refrain from dealing with this hotel. Food was also not food and tasty anywhere in Srinagar. All other hotels were good and the service and hospitality was commendable specially grand Yasmin, grand Nubra and wonderland camp. And thanks to you guys also for planning everything and providing the services that you promised. I remember before the trip you mentioned "inshallah your trip will be wonderful and we need not to worry about anything" and same happened. Trip was wonderful and we came back with lovely memories. Dealing with you was very assuring.

It feels so exciting to go to a place for the first time. But the fear of the unknown comes along with it. When I was planning for the trip with my family, I was clueless about where to go and where to stay. Thats when the TravelTriangle team came into the picture. All I did was tell them about my dream destination and they took care of the rest. We booked hotels and cabs through Mili travels for a family of 3 . All the 3 star hotels booked by Heena were excellent in terms of stay, hospitality of staff and food availability. All the bookings were done by Heena which i would say did an excellent job and was always readily available whenever called. However, the tour representative was bit callous and irresposnible in terms of taking the feedback and in guiding the cab driver about the itinerary. The representative didn't gave us on a daily basis which sight seeing points will be covered by the driver and it seemed like the driver was doing it all on his own. Driver was bit rude and mostly wouldnt stop on the places we wanted to halt and was always in a hurry. They can improve their service by telling the representative to keep the driver and the person travelling in sync with the daily schedule and timings .

I'm an avid traveler and its very rare that I give 5* reviews to hotels, travel houses, airlines and other establishments. But I was floored by the arrangements that these guys made. Starting from creating the itinerary and keeping us updated with the conditions on the ground, they did it all with conviction which was quite impeccable I must say. They have very good rapport with the best hotels in and around Kashmir, so if you're stuck somewhere and something needs to be changed on the fly, they can do it. Remember this name, Firdous!!! She is a genius with the arrangements, she keeps tabs on your condition, she keeps you updated with the conditions and she checks in if everything is as expected, from time to time. She's like a travel ninja !!! My heartfelt congratulations to her and her team and my sincerest gratitude. This trip has etched an indelible memory in my heart. Thank you Firdous ji and Milli travels for making this happen. My special words of kindness for Kamran ji whose relentless and non-tiring driving hours kept us on our schedule even when we got stranded. Overall excellent and memorable trip, Yasmin hotel 2nd visit could have done better and Pangong escape camp lack amenities required to be provided to tourists

Perfect holiday trip. Firdous from Milli Group was very supportive and active and did an amazing job. Firdous helped us a lot whenever we require a change in the plan. Cab arranged by milli was also good and driver was very supportive. Special Thanks to Firdous. Overall the experience was fantastic. We will plan again to see beautiful places in Incredible India. Hotel Kidar, Leh - very beautiful hotel, with good rooms/bathroom. Nice people. The owner was very very helpful & very nice person. Food at Kidar can be made more delicious and tasty. Pangong, Tsomoriri were awesome, good landscapes.

Milli tours planned the trip really well and ensured we covered as much sight seeing as possible in our 10 day trip of Ladakh & Kashmir without making it too hectic. All hotels booked for the trip were very hospitable and comfortable. Driver for both Leh & Kashmir were excellent and made the journey delightful. Special mention of Firdous Ma'am from Milli tours who left no stone unturned in making all journey comfortable be it accomodating last minute itinerary changes due to bad weather or being in constant touch with us to ensure everything is fine. I had an amazing experience and am grateful to her for making this Family vacation as joyous as it was.
