A trip becomes memorable for the right reasons only if it is flawless. Our 7 day tour was planned very well and executed very well too. The choice of hotels was great, even flexible at the time of booking. Meals at all hotels were superb. All location visit planning was done with a lot of comfort and flexibility. Firdous Mir is a very helpful lady who took care of all we wanted before and during the trip. While she was based in Srinagar, there were 2 local contact points available as well which certainly adds to your comfort. The vehicle for transport was good which is one thing which stays with you throughout your journey. Thank you for the great trip.

We are very very very very very very very very very. Happy with the way you people took care of us and provided good hotel and very good driver who were so pleasant . All ur arrangements were so satisfied . We didnot except these muh from ur travels as we booked it for the first time . Now i have planned to book for my dad and his friends soon. It would be good if the travel agency knows even the bare minimum meaning of commitment or customer service, they will say something and than change words. Confirmed one thing to the customer and another to the local travel agent Hotel was good in leh but very bad in other places, they should have atleast informed about the standard of the hotels, they just booked it because it was cheap and saving more money in travel agent pocket

Well organised trip by Firdous mam.hotels,food and transportation were very good.last minute changes handled very well by Firdous mam.she was in regular contact with us throughout the tour and ensured smooth trip.thanks a lot.

Hotel yak tail was so very bad.highly disappointed on my first day.rest of days hotel were nice including camps.. Driver mr angchuk was 10 on 10.also mr sangchok helped us to modify our trip plan.. huge thanks to both of them.

Without any doubt, the assistance provided by Milli group (Ms Heena) was up to the mark. Every other place you visit in Kashmir is better than the previous one. One can't decide upon a best place. We enjoyed everything including stay at houseboat with shikara ride, Visit to the Green Gulmarg and feeling the shivering cold at zero point, Sonamarg.

Not sure about other employees in Milli Travels, but, our contact was Ms. Firdaus, who is an excellent travel planner. during our trip to Leh Ladakh, there were several natural calamities and our entire plan was thrashed. Thanks to her, we managed to complete the trip well, with no major hiccups at all.
